Located close to the Devon border, there’s plenty to do in the area, from hiking in Dartmoor National Park to exploring the delightful coastal villages of Polperro and Looe.
You have access to a secure six-acre dog park (Central Bark) with fields and woods for off-leash fun.

Set amidst some spectacular scenery, these holiday cottages are perfect for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle. You'll find The Coach House and Little Owl on a private 22-acre estate in South East Cornwall, close to the border with Devon. During the day, explore the estate, head down to the picturesque coastal villages nearby or discover the stunning landscapes of Dartmoor National Park and Bodmin Moor. In the evenings, relax and unwind in your private hot tub as you watch the sun setting over the rolling hills around you and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The Coach House is a characterful little cottage with beautiful exposed roof beams and lintels and underfloor heating beneath lovely tiled floors. The interior feels relaxed and welcoming with a galleried bedroom looking over the double-height living room and opening up the space. Rustle up a romantic dinner in the fully-equipped modern kitchen or prepare some treats for the BBQ outside. Upstairs, you'll find the luxurious king size bed made up with fresh crisp sheets and fluffy towels and bathrobes will be waiting for you.

If you fancy a bit of extra room, Little Owl might be the choice for you. This spacious cottage features a bright and airy bedroom with French doors leading straight out onto the deck, perfect for that first cup of coffee in the morning. There's a large kitchen and dining area that's filled with natural light and stairs that lead up to the galleried sitting area. Here, you can relax on the comfortable sofas and armchairs and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. There's a walkway that takes you across to a smaller study area with a stereo and an armchair for those seeking a quiet space to read or listen to music.

Both of the cottages have their own enclosed gardens complete with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals on warm summer evenings. They also have hot tubs that are under cover so you can enjoy them whatever the weather and enjoy the views over the valley, the perfect way to relax after a long walk along the coastal path.

If you fancy getting out and exploring, there's plenty to see and do nearby. If you're looking for a bit of an adventure, head to Dartmoor National Park or Bodmin Moor and hike through these stunning landscapes. It's also just a short drive to the coast where you'll find picturesque harbour towns and villages such as Polperro and Looe.
