Steeped in history, this 17th century building is a traditional Welsh longhouse. A rose-lined path leads to the historical stone cottage.
The property is accessible via the back of the house and features a handy boot room on the ground floor (ideal for wet hiking gear!). A large living room exudes rustic charm, with wooden beams giving a nod to the property's past. Get snug by the cosy fire and feel the warmth of luxurious underfloor heating in colder months. Next door is a dining/sun room where you can bask in natural light and take in soothing sea views. This space also opens out onto the lush garden area.
With an abundance of flora, fauna and wildlife, the inviting garden is the perfect spot for leisurely lunches or a fresh morning brew. Sway in the hammock by day and gather round the fire pit come nightfall, admiring the mesmerising Milky Way - this spot really is a stargazing paradise!
Prepare tasty homemade meals in the beautifully designed, fully-fitted kitchen. Store cupboard essentials are provided for your convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen is a downstairs loo and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The back garden is accessible from here, with a gateway to the mountain behind.
Upstairs, four stunning rooms with lime-washed walls and beautifully crafted Welsh blankets can be found; with two rooms either side of the landing. On the left-hand side is the master bedroom with super-king size bed and a four-foot double bed, and there is an adjacent twin room for children. A family bathroom featuring a roll-top bath offers the ultimate relaxation and provides you with a place to enjoy an indulgent soak in peace. Turning right, you will find a cosy single bedroom and a lovely bedroom featuring a king size bed. A large shower room is at your disposal - unwind under the rejuvenating rainfall shower after a day's adventure.
Explore the natural beauty of Snowdonia National Park and its stunning surroundings. Discover waterfalls and lakes for wild swimming, golden beaches and historic landmarks. The World Heritage Site of Harlech Castle is a short drive away; where you'll find wonderful independent shops, great ice-cream and the steepest street in the Northern Hemisphere.
