Gardeners Cottage offers you and your loved ones a peaceful and idyllic retreat in the heart of the breathtaking Kinrara Estate, close to Aviemore in the Scottish Highlands. This recently renovated dog-friendly hideaway is surrounded by glorious woodlands and the interior offers up a perfect blend of modern luxury and rural charm.

You approach this lovely home down a single-track road, which emphasises the peace and seclusion of your destination, worlds away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

As you step inside you’ll love the bright and airy interiors that are flooded with natural light. Minimalist design throughout the home creates a modern atmosphere that invites you all to relax and unwind from the moment you enter.

The chic, fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious feasts for your group, including a Smeg range cooker, a boiling water tap for instant brews and both an air fryer and slow cooker to suit your culinary needs. The dining table comfortably seats six, perfect for relaxed meals with family or friends that stretch long into the night.

If you want to put your feet up with a good book and unwind, or chat the night away over a bottle of wine, then the cosy living room is just for you. This is a wonderful space with a huge sofa and a wood-burning fireplace to ensure you stay toasty and warm all year round. The lounge also has a collection of puzzles, games and toys – ensuring everyone, especially the little ones, are kept entertained.

When it’s time to retire to bed, you’ll find three elegant bedrooms, all with king size beds (one can be made into two singles). Two of the bedrooms come with pristine ensuites, one of which features a decadent freestanding egg bath which is the perfect place for an indulgent soak! There’s also a sleek family bathroom for added convenience.

Outside, the cottage boasts an enclosed garden that wraps around the property, offering a sunny spot for alfresco breakfasts and evening drinks by the gentle sound of the Allt-na-Criche burn. You’ll also find a handy storage area for any outdoor equipment you’ve brought along.

When it comes to filling your day, Gardeners Cottage is perfectly positioned to explore the incredible Cairngorms National Park, as well as Aviemore. Pop over to Aviemore and explore its wonderful shops, before popping to a cafe or pub for lunch!

The cottage’s peaceful setting also means you can easily spend your days exploring the estate. Walk or cycle the legendary Burma Road trail, wander along the Allt-na-Criche burn or visit the nearby Kinrara Distillery for a gin-tasting session.
