Luxurious cottage with a hot tub and stunning views in the Cairngorms National Park, perfect for a family escape to the Highlands.
Set in the north of the Cairngorms National Park, this newly refurbished cottage is perfect for trips with friends or family to explore the Scottish Highlands. The cottage features large living spaces, a log burner to keep you cosy and a hot tub in the garden to help you recover from a long walk or even a day’s skiing.
The interior of the cottage feels warm and welcoming with big comfy sofas gathered around the log burner in the living room and luxurious super-king size beds in the bedrooms. The contemporary kitchen is fully-equipped and has a large island which you can use as a breakfast bar or as extra space to help prepare dinner. Move through to the dining room where you’ll find an antler chandelier and a steel stag’s head creating a bit of a Highlands theme. After dinner, snuggle up in the living room where you’ll find comfy sofas to sink into and a log burner to keep you toasty on chilly evenings. To one side of the room, huge windows let in plenty of natural light during the day and offer stunning views across the fields and out to Muckrach Castle.
There are three bedrooms, all with luxurious Hypnos mattresses, oversized headboards, smart TVs and Wilton carpets. The main bedroom has a super-king size bed with an ensuite bathroom where you’ll find fluffy towels and toiletries. The other two bedrooms, one of which has a super-king size bed and the other can be a twin or another double, share a family bathroom.
Outside, there’s a private garden with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ, perfect for slow afternoons in the sunshine. You’ll find the hot tub sunk into the deck where you can relax with a glass of something and soak up the views. Enjoy a dip in the evening and you’ll find the stars put on quite a show on clear nights.
