At Two Queens Houses, fantastic features such as a hot tub, sauna and wood-burning stove, combine with awe-inspiring views of the Cairngorm mountain range and access to wonderful walks, making it the perfect base for a large group of up to 10 to explore the Scottish Highlands.
As you approach Two Queens Houses you'll find an attractive wood panelled building, commanding awe-inspiring views of the Cairngorm mountain range. Inside, the house is decorated in a contemporary and luxurious style providing a wonderful space in which to relax. An open plan kitchen and dining area, with floor to ceiling glass doors, can be found at the back of the house.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you may need to whip up an evening meal or a picnic and a breakfast bar provides the perfect space for a morning coffee or bowl of cereal. The large dining table, with its stylish chairs and bench seating, comfortably seats up to 10 making meal times a joy.
From the kitchen area you'll find a lovely blue velvet corner sofa affording both stunning views of the Scottish Highlands and the smart TV. A wood-burning fire and complementary logs make this an extra cosy space in which to relax. A handy utility room is the perfect place to store your muddy coats and boots after a countryside stomp and the ground floor bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, W.C and hand basin can also be found on this floor.
The property has five fantastic bedrooms across the ground and first floor, all with luxurious touches of velvet, comfy chairs and sumptuous throws. There are two front-facing king size bedrooms with fantastic views, one of which has an ensuite shower room. At the back of the house is a super-king bedroom (which can also be made up as a twin) with an ensuite shower room and a triple bunk room. A further shower room can be found on the first floor.
The outside space at Two Queens Houses is the piece de resistance of the property. The lovely enclosed back garden comes complete with a sauna and a hot tub, perfect for stargazing with a glass of wine or warming up after a wintery walk. You'll also find a fire pit and outdoor seating here, meaning you have the ideal space to sit and stay toasty whilst gazing up at the amazing star-lit sky.
Two Queens Houses is situated in the Cairngorms National Park, a 10 minute drive from Aviemore which is famous for its skiing and has some great cafes, restaurants and pubs. There are many wonderful walks and cycle rides from the doorstep, as well as beautiful lochs, forests and mountains to explore within a short drive.
