Sleep among the trees in full luxury in one of these beautifully crafted treehouses at Lanrick, Perthshire. These gorgeous treehouses sleep two guests comfortably, with room for two children on a pull out sofa bed if needed. Built using the estate's own timber where possible, with up-cycled furniture and stylish decor, the treehouses boast gorgeous terraces complete with outdoor copper bath tubs and log-burners to keep you toasty inside. Located near the border of the Trossachs National Park, these treehouses offer the ideal base for exploring the epic Scottish lochs and mountain peaks.
Wooden on the outside and the inside, each treehouse offers the perfect setting for escaping city life and unwinding in a beautiful, natural setting. A deluxe super king bed as well as extra sofa bed for two children allows couples or young families plenty of space to stay, as well as a separate kitchen and living area where you can relax and unwind in style. Each treehouse also has its own indoor bathroom with a shower, though Willow Warbler has a freestanding bathtub in its bathroom.
Step outside onto your own private deck and you can rest up and soak in your marvellous surroundings. On your deck you'll find your own outdoor private bath (Willow Warbler has an outdoor shower instead of a bath), whilst a Weber barbecue and outdoor dining furniture ensure you can enjoy al fresco dinners under the stars. You'll also be given a generous welcome pack from your hosts containing bread, milk and eggs from the local farm shop.
These fabulous treehouses are tucked away on a privately owned family woodland estate. Just one-hour from Edinburgh and Glasgow, Lanrick is conveniently located for those looking to explore the local nature reserve and is especially good for keen birdwatchers, with a variety of birdlife all around. Scenic river walks, salmon and trout fishing await you here. And for the thrill-seekers, there is plenty on offer at nearby Trossachs, including mountain climbing, canoeing, and wild swimming or boating on the vast Loch Lomond. You'll also find plenty of other activities to keep you occupied locally, such as two historic castles, a safari park and a distillery all within a short drive from your base.
