In the heart of one of Yorkshire's magnificent valleys, Daisy Bank Camp is a collection of timber-clad cabins, each with everything you need for a romantic or adventurous time away in one of the loveliest landscapes in Britain. Built sustainably and elegantly crafted throughout, these bird-themed pods sleep between two and four people, and benefit from stunning permaculture gardens.
Wake up each morning and take in the landscape from your cosy bed, thanks to the huge glass windows in each cabin. Start each day right, with a cup of coffee and breakfast prepared in your own functional, tidy kitchen, to be enjoyed looking out at the world, or from your very own private wooden decking area.
Days are spent hiking the Yorkshire Moors, or checking out the local towns and natural attractions. Whether your ideal time away involves picnics in wooded valleys or lunchtime pints in historic pubs, lengthy riverside hikes or day trips to charming towns, Daisy Bank Cabins is an ideal getaway.
Each cabin benefits from its own specific design, and has been constructed to get the most of the natural light and landscape which makes this area of Yorkshire so desirable. The cabins are fully plumbed in with high pressure hot water, and despite the romantic feeling of rural escapism, you'll be pleased to learn that each structure offers everything you'd expect from a high-end modern apartment. Each of the cabins has its own distinctive personality, with subtle variations in layout and decor, while they benefit from the same attention to detail and charm.
Stay cosy all year round with underfloor heating and tune into the digital radio or snuggle up with a book on cooler days as you unplug from the stresses of daily life. Enjoy a bottle of local ale in the evening and breathe in the wholesome country air, as you explore Yorkshire from the ultimate location.
Despite the feeling of tranquility and peace, many of Yorkshire's most known attractions can be accessed easily via car. Literature lovers will be delighted to explore the region which inspired Ted Hughes and the Brontë sisters, right on your doorstep, while outdoors enthusiasts can fish and hike, mountain bike and clamber to their hearts' content. Watch out for hawks, hedgehogs and deer, and lose yourself in the seasonally changing woods. With surroundings like this, all you need is a picnic blanket, a good book and a bite to eat.
