The open-plan ground floor effortlessly extends to an expansive deck featuring an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, fridge, gas BBQ and sink. Whether you’re lounging on the sofas or dining alfresco, you’ll have uninterrupted lake views, even from the private deck off the penthouse master suite.
When dinner time approaches, the state-of-the-art kitchen is a chef’s dream and is outfitted with Miele appliances, a central island, a large walk-in pantry and a utility room. There’s also a wine fridge to keep the bubbly cool! The dining area is ideal for grand feasts with a huge ornate dining table, and it flows seamlessly into the living room which is equipped with a 65” TV and a wood-burning fireplace, all complemented by underfloor heating and air conditioning.
A second living space with a cosy corner sofa is perfect for movie nights or pure relaxation. The ground floor also features a washroom and storage, with natural light flooding the staircase leading to the upper levels.
When bedtime beckons, the first floor features a beautiful family bathroom, a twin bedroom and a bunk room for up to five. Two king size bedroom suites offer ensuites and deck access with lake views. The fifth bedroom is a stylish king size room with a glazed opening.
And last but not least is the spectacular master suite. This luxurious haven spans 600 square feet and has floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a walk-in wardrobe, a studio kitchen and its own private lounge with a 55-inch TV, log burner. There’s also an opulent bath, a rain shower and an office desk. The suite also features a large private balcony with sun loungers and additional seating!

Located in a luxury resort called The Lakes by Yoo, with direct access to paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking from the lakeside deck, the property is set in Gloucestershire’s Lechlade village - a picturesque Area of Natural Beauty along the River Thames, just 90 minutes from London. The estate features walking trails, an arboretum, a vegetable patch, herb garden, a hennery for fresh eggs, a bird hide and a small beach. It also offers a private dining menu with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, perfect for leisurely meals or special occasions.
