Arriving for your stay at Big Blue is an exciting and captivating experience. As you walk past the fire pit, the wood-fired hot tub and the luxury bathroom trailer, you’re greeted by 7.5 tonnes of converted luxury. The full-length French doors fill the space with light and provide glorious views as you wake up on a sunny morning. The kitchenette has everything you need for your stay, including an induction hob, microwave, oven and fridge, while the cosy dining area is perfect for those cooler days.
In the summer months, Big Blue comes into its own. Surrounded by mature trees and plenty of private space, it’s the perfect spot to pour a glass of something cold, lay out a towel and catch some rays. In the evening get the fire pit crackling - don’t forget to light the hot tub so it’s ready for sunset!
As the night draws in, unspoilt starry skies emerge for a perfect romantic evening. When it’s time for bed, the double bed features a thick mattress and cosy bedding for a rejuvenating deep sleep. Wake to the sounds of wind in the trees and the dawn chorus before filling Big Blue with the smell of freshly brewed coffee and a hearty cooked breakfast. A small ensuite is inside the horsebox, but Bertha the shower trailer boasts a glorious hot shower and facilities to refresh for the day ahead.
Perched among picturesque farmland in central Cornwall, the rugged Atlantic coast with its dramatic cliffs and golden sandy beaches is just minutes away by car. The charming towns of Wadebridge, Polzeath, Porthilly and Padstow are easily accessible and offer an eclectic mix of independent shops, charming pubs and high-end restaurants. For those who prefer something closer to nature, why not hike portions of the beautiful South West Coast Path or head inland to the wild Bodmin Moor? Don’t forget to stop for a drink at the famous Jamaica Inn… we just hope you don’t see any ghosts!

The price is per night and includes all bedding, linen, towels and robes. The hot tub is included and we provide firelighters, kindling and logs which we feel will be enough for your stay.
