This beautiful barn conversion is located on a private estate in the Sussex countryside offering a perfect rural escape with family or friends. This ‘upside down’ barn has modern decor that nicely compliments the rustic charm of the building.

Bedrooms on the ground floor lead out to the gardens, with tree-top living and the balcony on the first floor, overlooking the surrounding Sussex countryside.

As well as the six-person hot tub in the garden, you also have 17 acres of grounds to explore, a tennis court and a lake for fishing and wild swimming.

This barn overlooks the South Downs National Park and is located close to the south coast and several great beaches.

The Hayloft at Rowley Farm
