These four superb treehouses all sit on over 1000-acres of Hampshire countryside, on Fullerton Farm, a picturesque stretch of land that boasts woodland, rivers, plenty of wildlife and the beautiful Black Chalk vineyard.
Up first is Damselfly, the first ever UK treehouse to be built on a vineyard. Far from juxtaposing its woodland backdrop, the minimalist aesthetics of Damselfly blend in seamlessly with its wild surroundings. It was constructed using the finest materials and with a keen eye for detail, offering high quality timbers, vaulted ceilings and giant glass doors.
The open-planned living area has a comfortable couch pointed at the wood-burner, a four-seater dining table and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bedroom houses a king size bed, and the bathroom has a sink and toilet, with the shower being outside of the treehouse. There are a couple of outdoor decking areas, one of which contains covered seating while the other boasts an outdoor bath with views over the adjacent vineyard.
Next up is Fallow Treehouse, where guests can take in views of the vineyard from the comfort of the outdoor bathtub. Sleeping up to two guests, or three including a child under three years old, Fallow has been made of the finest materials both inside and out. The living area is open-plan and sits under vaulted ceilings with comfortable seating, a wood-burner and a small dining table in front of the well-equipped kitchenette. The corner bedroom is bathed in natural light during the day and looks out through a picture window onto the Black Chalk vineyard.
Outside there are two decking areas to enjoy. One has an outdoor bath, while the second has a covered outdoor seating area that offers a nice place to enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner with your loved one. There is also an outdoor gas BBQ, should you wish to dine alfresco when the weather's warm.
Third on the list is Perigord Treehouse, which has been constructed with the utmost consideration for both style and sustainability, with a Scandinavian-inspired appearance. The living area - open-plan and beneath a vaulted ceiling - has a sofa in front of a cosy wood-burner, a dining table for four and a well-equipped kitchenette.
There are two bedrooms: one bunk room and the corner master bedroom with two large windows and a double bed that looks out onto a terrace with a covered outdoor seating area. The bathroom has twin sinks, a WC and walk-in shower. Beyond the bathroom is a second terrace which comes complete with a large zinc outdoor bathtub, perfect for surveying the beautiful scenery after a day out exploring. There is also another gas BBQ out here.
And last but not least is Poppy. Sleeping four guests across two bedrooms, the interior combines rustic traditionalism with homespun charm, ensuring guests have a relaxing and comfy stay. The main living area is open-plan and sits under vaulted ceilings. A comfy sofa sits facing a cosy wood-burner while a round, four-seater dining table offers amazing views through a large window. There is also a kitchenette in the corner that comes with essentials. There are two bedrooms at The Poppy: one twin bunk room and the corner master bedroom with a king size bed.
Step outside and onto the covered terrace where you can enjoy a glass of fizz as you survey the gorgeous surroundings from the comfort of a standalone bathtub. There is also an outdoor shower. On the other side of the treehouse there's another covered terrace with outdoor seating and just beyond the treehouse is a firepit where you can stay nice and toasty and a gas BBQ for some alfresco cooking when the sun is shining.
If you wish to go beyond Fullerton farm's 1000-acres, then you're perfectly positioned to explore the beautiful county of Hampshire and beyond. With its varied geography and stunning scenery, the county is a favourite with walkers, cyclists, and nature lovers. It contains not one but two national parks: the New Forest and the South Downs - both of which are well worth a visit. If you need a taste of urban life then the town of Stockbridge is just three miles away with its bustling high street and abundance of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. For a taste of urban life, the town of Andover is just a 10-minute drive from Fullerton. To the south, you will find Winchester - a pretty cathedral city that served as England's first capital - and the coastal cities of Southampton and Portsmouth. Both cities are known for their shopping and vibrant night life.
