Located in Pencraigwen on the east side of Anglesey, the house has been meticulously decorated by the owners to the highest of standards. Although set in the countryside, Ty Rhos Newydd's composition is anything but rustic. The interior is bathed in natural light, while its modern fixtures and stylish décor lend the property a distinctively contemporary edge. On top of this, the property boasts a cinema room, hot tub, outdoor furniture and even a games room! Sleeping 10 guest across five bedrooms, TY Rhos Newydd is the perfect island escape for groups of friends and family alike.
The gorgeous kitchen and dining area serves as the focal point of the ground floor, with its double-height cathedral ceiling and wall of bi-fold glass windows. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts an adjacent breakfast bar that is made for more relaxed dining, while the 10-seater dining table is ideal for an evening meal. With its wood burner, smart TV and plush seating, the separate living room is just the place for a cosy night in. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: one king size/twin room and two doubles. Each benefit from an ensuite shower room.
Upstairs, you will find another seating area with two couches which overlooks the stunning dining area. A separate cinema room has a large projector screen and five reclining cinema seats. Film night, anyone? A further two bedrooms sit underneath the first floor’s vaulted ceilings. The arresting master bedroom features a king size bed and ensuite with a shower and freestanding bath, while another ensuite double can also function as a twin.
The outside spaces are no less impressive than those on the inside. The large patio features a seven-person hot tub, an outdoor dining table and chairs. The enclosed lawn leads onto a gorgeous paddock with a wildflower meadow - perfect for children and four-legged friends! A detached games room can also be found off the garden. Here, you can get a tournament going around the pool table or darts board, or just relax with a cold one from the drinks fridge.
From serene country walks to high-energy outdoor activities, there is something for everyone here. Nearby, you will find Lligwy beach, while Moelfre village is just over five miles away, as is Anglesey Coastal Path. There are numerous cycling paths in the region, and there are plenty of other things to do, too. Anglesey Golf Club is not far, as are a range of other activities, including massage treatments, adventure sports and plenty to keep the children occupied.
