Make yourself at home in the bright and airy open-plan living space, complete with reclaimed and natural materials for a relaxing ambience (pop the kettle on when you arrive - a welcome pack will be waiting for you). Enjoy beautiful views over the garden, fields and countryside beyond through the large windows, and in those warmer months, slide open the patio doors and breathe in the fresh rural air. When the night draws in, cosy up by the wood burner and turn off the lights to bask in the beauty of Anglesey’s dark skies.

This stunning one-bedroom home has a stylish and well-equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine, perfect for rustling up a hearty breakfast before departing for a day exploring the countryside. Admire the gorgeous view from the dining table as you tuck into home-cooked meals before getting the firepit going and spend clear evenings gazing at the stars.

When you feel your eyelids getting heavy, retire to the queen bed for a peaceful night’s sleep. The separate bathroom has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating to warm your toes.

Hiking and cycling trails are on your doorstep, and one well-behaved pet is allowed here, so your pooch is welcome on your country walks. There’s a 120-mile perimeter to explore, so you won’t run out of adventures.

Windsurfers or kitesurfers will love Rhosneigr, which is a go-to destination for watersports. This pretty village on the west coast of Anglesey has two golden sand beaches, ideal for trying your hand at surfing, uncovering cute coves and rock pools or just going for a leisurely beach stroll.

Pop into the village for fish and chips on a Friday night, or pick up all your self-catering essentials from the local general stores. Anglesey Golf Club is just a five-minute drive from the village if you feel like a spot of golf, and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away if you relish a challenge. Holyhead and Bangor are only 10 and 22 miles away, respectively. You can’t do much better than this beautiful village for stunning scenery, whimsical coastal walks and wild watersports.
