The magnificent Honeybridge Estate is made up of three unique, spacious, and stylish holiday homes that allow groups of up to 25 adults (and an additional 15 children) the perfect break overlooking the South Downs National Park. Situated high up on a hill in the charming West Sussex countryside, the estate stretches over 17 acres of gorgeous secluded grounds. Guests can make the most of a whole host of fabulous amenities throughout their stay including a swimming pool and spa, a tennis court, and a private fishing lake.
The three properties on the estate each offer their own unique charm, whilst all providing the same level of high-end amenities, stylish design, and comfy furnishings. The House sits at the top of the hill and sleeps twelve adults and six children; the picturesque Cottage sleeps five adults and five children; and the striking, wood-clad Barn sleeps eight adults and four children.
The luxurious House is super-stylish thanks to its perfect blend of both classic and contemporary design and the mixture of curated artwork and antique furnishings throughout. Large windows ensure the rooms are flooded with natural light, and the earthy tones are combined nicely with splashes of vibrant colour. The House offers a range of socialising spaces with a grand drawing room, a sitting room, a spacious kitchen/dining room, and a smaller dining room. There are six luxurious bedrooms on offer, five of which have en suite bathrooms for added privacy. There are also two private bedroom terraces, where guests can step out and enjoy a morning coffee in the fresh summer air. The 14-metre infinity swimming pool also sits just beneath the House. The indoor heated pool is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass walls that provide guests with stunning views of the surrounding countryside whilst they swim. The pool and spa also features a jacuzzi and a sauna for added luxury!
The charming Cottage is more modest than the House, but offers a comfy, cosy, and homely feel that guests are sure to love. With an inglenook fireplace, exposed beams, and whitewashed walls, this marvellous property is teeming with rustic, rural charm. The shared living and dining area is an ideal spot for socialising, whilst the country-style kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group. The Cottage has three oak beamed bedrooms that each have their own character and offer delightful views. Guests can step outside onto the pretty terrace where they can enjoy the peace and tranquility of their surroundings, socialise into the evening, or fire up the BBQ for some al fresco cooking.
Tucked away among the oak trees sits the beautiful Barn. Bright, open plan spaces, high ceilings, and exposed beams, give the living area plenty of character, whilst modern fittings ensure guests have everything at their disposal for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything budding chefs will need, and there's an island-style bar where people can sit and keep the designated cooks company. The sociable living space opens up onto a modern, glass-rimmed balcony where you can enjoy evening drinks as the sun sets. The four bedrooms sleep up to 8 adults, with space for an additional four children. Each room is named after a different animal, and all of them offer super comfy beds that guarantee a great night's sleep.
With the three properties sleeping a total of 40 people in comfort and luxury, Honeybridge Estate is ideal for large, multigenerational groups looking to get away and relax in style. Luxury Linen, towels and toiletries are provided alongside a welcome hamper, allowing guests to feel at home instantly. You'll also not be left wanting for things to do. Guests have access to a whole host of facilities onsite. Rest up and unwind in the previously mentioned swimming pool and spa. Or get outside and play games in the sunshine making use of the tennis court, football pitch, cricket pitch, and croquet lawn. Kids will love the zip-wire and the basketball net too. The gardens are an ideal space for picnicking and lazing in the fresh country air, or you could hide away in the treehouse. There's also a games room complete with a snooker table, table football, board games, puzzles, lots of books, and toys for the kids. Guests also have access to a pretty fishing lake.
While there is more than enough on-site to keep you and your fellow guests occupied during your stay, the local area is replete with things to see and do. The South Downs National Park is teaming with numerous walking and cycling trails, and the greater Sussex region has plenty of charming towns and villages. Ashurst and Steyning are the nearest village and town respectively, while the buzzing city of Brighton and Hove is a 40-minute drive to the south. The renowned Knepp Estate’s wilding project is in the neighbouring village of Dial Post. A 25-minute drive away you will come across the market town of Arundel. This beautiful medieval town is famed for its huge and incredibly well-preserved castle, with a history stretching all the way back to 1067. The Honeybridge Estate is well worth a visit in our book!

Leave a reviewI stayed here with 22 adults and 10 children for my 40th. It was absolutely excellent and there was more than enough on offer within the grounds to keep us all entertained! Zoe and her team were wonderfully welcoming and helpful. Zoe offered great recommendations for caterers, local pubs, walks and more - and answered lots of questions really promptly in the lead up to the event. Big, big recommend! (We may well be back)

This venue is fabulous! We had such a wonderful time staying here to celebrate our Birthdays. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. There is so much to do on site with both activities and relaxation. We enjoyed paddle boarding on the open lake which was so much fun, swimming in the luxurious pool and relaxing in the outside jacuzzi under the evening stars. Our accommodation was really lovely, full of character and unique decor. We had a chef cook for us one evening which was a wonderful experience to share together. Zoe was fantastic at organising our stay, we had everything we needed and felt very special. I would highly recommend staying. Thank you x

I stayed here with 24 friends and family for our wedding weekend. Zoe could not do enough for us in the preparation, she was absolutely fantastic, always checking in and asking what more she could do and taking problems with our transport to the registry office away. She liaised with our caterers and stuck around on our wedding day which meant we could just enjoy our day and didn't need to get involved in anything at all. The house, barn and cottage were all brilliant, spacious, clean, luxurious with amazing added small touches like bath robes and lovely toiletries. We had 7 children in our group from the ages of 6-12 and they were completely entertained for the whole 4 days. They had great fun doing tennis, basketball, cricket, rounders, fishing, zip wire, swings and of course the amazing indoor swimming pool. There were so many floats and balls, goggles, everything you could possibly need. Even the fridge was stocked with water, appetizers, which the kids loved! We had our reception on the terrace where the views were just stunning, plenty of room to seat 30 plus more plus room for a bar which also was used for BBQ's the next day. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all, it's absolutely incredible and would highly recommend.
