Every inch of The Coach House is thoughtfully designed to create an unforgettable stay for guests of all ages. Whether you're chasing adventure, seeking relaxation or simply craving quality time with loved ones, this exceptional home and its sprawling grounds deliver memories to cherish long after you leave.

Step inside and you'll find a perfect blend of modern conveniences and charming period features. Dark wood accents, crackling open fires and whimsical antique treasures set the scene for a cosy, stylish retreat.

The Coach House offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms and three bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone. The dining room seats up to 12, perfect for memorable gatherings. Two lounges provide diverse entertainment options. The main conservatory lounge with a 55” TV, full Sky package, Netflix and Prime, and a cosy second lounge with a large open log fire, a 45” TV, a PS4, a wide selection of DVDs, a library of hardback books and classic board games.

Step outside to the enchanting formal walled gardens, a sheltered oasis of lawns and birdsong. Children and pets can safely explore the fully enclosed garden, complete with a tree house, hides and games. Enjoy breakfast in the sun on the house patio and later, fire up the gas or charcoal BBQ on the south-facing garden patio (gas, charcoal, and logs for the fire pit provided). Relax in a hammock or on beanbags on the quiet patio.

Wrap yourself in a fluffy robe and slippers (provided) and indulge in the luxurious six-person hot tub or rejuvenate in the infrared sauna. Challenge your companions to friendly games of tennis, badminton, bowls, cricket, garden golf, football and table tennis on the grass lawn. Or take this perfect opportunity to learn croquet together.

When it comes to filling your days, explore 40 acres of farm woodlands, where scenic trails and picturesque glades invite you to reconnect with nature. Ideal for family walks or a morning jog (wellies, waterproofs and umbrellas provided).

Enjoy an old-fashioned picnic using the wicker hampers and cool boxes provided. Admire the horses in their paddocks and let kids and dogs run free in the woodlands. Venture further on local footpaths with guided walk maps, discovering the countryside, spectacular views over Kent or paths leading to a local pub without needing the roads or a car.
