The Barn House is a newly built, opulent retreat sitting on a peaceful West Sussex farm. With a sleek and modern interior and a grand outdoor space with amazing views, this charming stay offers groups of up to six guests a great base from which to explore the area.
When the weather’s warm, you and your loved ones will spend most of your time in the amazing outdoor area. Here you’ll find a spacious deck with outdoor seating where you can gather with a drink in the afternoon sunshine. The deck is also home to the luxury hot tub, where you can enjoy an indulgent soak to rest weary muscles after a day out exploring the surrounding countryside. You can also spread out and unwind on your large lawn, whilst watching the farm’s animals as they graze in the neighbouring field.
Stepping inside, The Barn House has a cosy living area, with a comfy sofa and small but well-equipped kitchen that makes whipping up a feast a breeze. You also have a BBQ out on the deck, should you wish to do some alfresco cooking when the weather’s warm. The main living area also has French doors that open up to the outside space, offering you the chance to let the outdoors in on warmer days.
The Barn House has two comfy bedrooms, with space for two additional guests on the pull out sofa bed. The main bedroom offers a super-comfy double bed and an opulent free-standing bathtub where you can enjoy a relaxing soak away from the rest of the group. The second bedroom is a twin room, making it ideal for kids or two friends sharing.
You’ll be staying on a wonderful farm with a number of animals to keep you company and the farm also has a well stocked fishing lake, so bring your rods with you if you fancy an afternoon fishing.
You’re perfectly positioned to make the most of everything West Sussex has to offer. Nearby, you’ll find the enchanting town of Arundel, known for its iconic castle and inviting pubs.
