You will find these inviting black panelled cabins tucked away on a working farm in the beautiful Cheshire countryside offering amazing vistas of the Cheshire plains. Both cabins, Teal and Tawny, make this a spectacular location for a rural hideaway.
The outdoor seating area at both cabins provides guests with stunning views of the countryside, offering a lovely spot to dine on summer evenings with a glass of wine and supper prepared in the stylish, modern kitchen. This is also a lovely location to begin your day with a morning brew and your nose in a book as you listen to harmonious birdsong and the trickle of a nearby stream.
Guests will easily be able to stay toasty in either cabin thanks to the large shower where luxury is enhanced by the Faith In Nature toiletries provided. Fire up the wood burner (one night of firewood and kindling is provided – unlimited firewood is available for £20) to stay warm on cold nights whilst playing board games or planning tomorrow’s adventures.
Luxuriousness extends into the sleeping area where the huge windows surrounding the sumptuous bed bridge the gap between the pastoral outdoors and contemporary comfort as you marvel at rural vistas from a cosy king size bed. The bed in each cabin is fitted with Piglet in Bed linens and blackout blinds ensure a heavenly sleep uninterrupted by early sunrises. Teal sleeps three guests, whilst Tawny is a bigger cabin with a custom made bunk bed in addition to the king size offering. The bunk bed allows Tawny to sleep a total of four guests making it perfect for families or friends wanting to explore the best of the area, or spend quality time together.
When it comes to filling your days, the local area boasts a wide variety of incredible opportunities for hikes – perhaps you will walk part of the Sandstone Trail and explore ancient woodland or enjoy cliffside views. Guests may bring along their dogs to accompany them on these lovely walks before grabbing refreshments at a country pub or local cafe and returning to the cabin to curl up in front of the wood burner.
It is worth visiting local Tarporley to wander around the quaint shops or check out the range of delightful restaurants and welcoming pubs. The historic county town Chester also makes for a lovely day trip where you can marvel at the stunning cathedral and walk around the almost 2000 year old Roman city walls.
