You should know

• The outdoor swimming pool is open from 1st April to 30th September; the hot tubs and sauna are open year-round.
• You can bring up to two pets for a small extra charge. Dog walks are on your doorstep and there’s also a dog washing station to clean those mucky paws.
• Pets shouldn’t be left unattended in the cottage, and try to keep them off the sofa and beds.
• The beds can be arranged as super kings or twin beds—just let the host know.

This two-bedroom contemporary cottage, ideal for up to four guests, is set behind a pretty stone courtyard with plenty of amenities for a memorable holiday. Go for a dip in the large communal outdoor heated swimming pool before warming up in the private hot tub, or reconnect with the family over a game of table tennis or pool in the communal games room. You can always take the kids to the children's play field with swings, trampoline, slide and games lawn, too.

With a coastal-style interior design, the cottage is an inviting space to relax after a day exploring the Cornish coast. In the morning enjoy your first coffee of the day in style thanks to the Tassimo coffee machine. Then get comfy on the sofas in the L-shaped living room.

Your designated chef will love the nicely equipped kitchen, which allows you to whip up a delicious feast featuring local produce. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. Then, when the weather's warm, dine alfresco or enjoy nice drink at the small bistro table on the private patio.

Whilst there's lots to see and do in the local area, you can also spend time binge-watching your favourite series on the smart TV or staying connected with high-speed WiFi.

Upstairs, enjoy a good night's rest in the comfortable bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One features a bathtub and the other has a shower. You’ll normally find a super-king bed and two twin beds, but you can request two super king beds or four single beds if you prefer.

You're perfectly placed just outside the picturesque village of Mawnan Smith, four miles from Falmouth. After surfing, paddleboarding or exploring hidden coves, head to Falmouth to browse the art galleries and boutique shops, dine in award-winning restaurants and take sunset walks along the harbour.

You also explore the sub-tropical Trebah Garden - complete with a secluded beach - and the nearby museums and castles. But with so many amenities and lovely walks on your doorstep, you may find yourself staying close to the cottage.
