Enjoying views out towards Portreath, Pepperpot and Gull Rock, this charming seaside cottage is the perfect beach retreat and offers a wonderful base for those couples and families seeking a traditional coastal getaway but with all the comforts and amenities of boutique accommodation.
The cottage boasts a minimalist elegance and is stylishly furnished with contemporary furniture and décor. The soft colour palette of white, pale blues and greys with splashes of yellow echoes the surrounding landscape and brings the sun, sea and sandy beaches indoors. Natural wooden features add to the seaside vibe.
Relax on the comfy sofas in the lounge and plan your day over a coffee or just chill out in the evening watching a film. Or, step out onto the fabulous terrace which offers spectacular views over the village and out to sea. This is the perfect place to sit with your loved ones with a glass of something nice as the sun sets and the evening rolls in.
The modern kitchen is sleek, bright and fully equipped with everything you will need to create a cosy family meal at the dining table. Be sure to pick up some fresh produce from the local shop and Cornish bakery, the sea air is bound to give you an appetite! Don’t feel like cooking? Why not grab some traditional fish and chips and enjoy them in your own private courtyard, a pretty space which opens out from the kitchen and is comfortably furnished with a table and cushioned chairs? If you’re an avid walker or cyclist, find time to explore the breathtaking Southwest Coast Path. Venture down to Gwithian and Porthtowan, two beautiful areas of Cornwall, known for seal watching and a popular area for surfing. Then head to the award-winning town of Porthtowan, where the sunsets are just as popular as the local ice cream!
