Set on an idyllic Oxfordshire farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, these cosy cabins take glamping to the next level, with their comfy, stylish interiors and excellent facilities. Think less glamping and more boutique hotel in the country. Surrounded by breath taking rural views, Sleep Wild offers its guests the perfect hideaway in a peaceful setting, making it ideal for romantic couples' getaways as well as solo travellers looking to retreat to the tranquil countryside for a few days. Guests here can amble along one of the many public footpaths accessible from the farm, leading towards picturesque villages, historical natural sites and a choice of wonderful pubs.
In each cabin there is a double ottoman bed with premium feather duvets and pillows, ensuring maximum comfort, and a sofa offers additional lounge space and accommodation for a further two guests if needed. The en-suite shower and WC make life here nice and simple, especially after a day out walking, and the kitchenette with electric hobs and fridge allow guests to cook up some hot meals and drinks and store snacks for their stay. And thanks to the woodburning stove inside, the cabins are well equipped for the winter months, so bring a good book to cosy up with. Outside, a wood-fired hot tub awaits, perfect for a soak under the stars, while the barbecue and decking area provide plenty of opportunity for some alfresco dining amid the beautiful scenery all around.
Life on the farm is pretty desirable for most, especially for those looking to escape their usual routines. However, venturing slightly out, keen walkers and hikers will not be disappointed by the public footpath that runs through the site, leading to the village of Cropedy. Wildlife enthusiasts should keep watch for the skylarks, hares and wild fallow deer. Of course, Sleep Wild is located right at the edge of the stunning Cotswolds, boasting some of the country's most pristine villages, beautiful architecture and countryside, and endless country pubs to hunker down in. Whether walking, cycling or driving, the cabins at Sleep Wild offer a fantastic base from which to explore this fabulous area.

Leave a reviewVery helpful hosts. We had a couple of problems that they immediately tackled. Cornflower is a gorgeous place to stay to get away from it all. The hot tub is self servicing… ie. You set the fire to heat the water for 90 minutes. Why bother when you can jump in it cold!!?? Fabulous…. If that’s your thing! A great stay and would happily go back.

We had the most wonderful, tranquil time at Sleep Wild. Ku was incredibly helpful, the cabin had everything we needed and more. We lucked out on the sunny weather but the beautiful setting would be the perfect place to relax and unwind come rain or shine. We can’t wait to come again. Thank you, Clarissa and Ben.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful weekend staying at the Cornflower. It was -3 outside but we were perfectly cosy in the gorgeous cabin with the log fire. We loved the hot tub and beautiful location. So lovely to wake up to the sound of galloping horses in the morning! Perfect get-a-way, Ku was a great and helpful host. Would love to return in the summer!

Very pleasant accommodation, blissful surroundings and a great place to wind down, I recommend the continental breakfast both plentiful and good value for your money. Ku couldn’t be anymore helpful. Paul, Sophie and Louis.

This was such a beautiful location and so so peaceful. My partner, I and the dog had a wonderful stay here. I would recommend this so much, especially for a couple wanting a break to be in peace with nature away from the hustle and bustle of life. I will be back next year!!!
