You’ll find these two stylish homes nestled on Polkanugga Farm on the Lizard Peninsula. If you’re looking for luxurious accommodation for couples or groups of up to ten guests, Swallow's Rest and Poldurra could be the perfect choice. Surrounded by idyllic countryside, whether you choose either cottage or both together, you will be guaranteed a relaxing and peaceful break for family and friends alike.
Both homes feature light and airy open-plan living areas with high vaulted ceilings to create a sense of space and a relaxing ambience. This sociable area is ideal for gathering with your guests to watch films on the SmartTV or just relaxing in front of the cosy wood burner with some board games or a good book. The floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors make the most of the beautiful views and allow you to bring the outside in.
The dining kitchens are finished to a high standard, with top-quality appliances, luxurious finishes and are well-equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay including a dishwasher and wine cooler. Start your day with a coffee at the breakfast bar and eat together around the stylish elm dining table while planning your next day’s adventures.
Swallows Rest comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three beautiful bedrooms, two king size and one super-king size, while Poldurra sleeps four guests in two king size bedrooms. Each of the bedrooms is stylishly designed and sumptuously furnished with high-quality Dusk cotton bedding and luxurious velvet bedspreads so you can be assured of a comfortable night’s sleep in boutique chic style.
There is also the benefit of luxury ensuite bathrooms to every bedroom which are supplied with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for that spa-like touch.
Outside you’ll find a private patio with a fire pit, pizza oven, BBQ and plenty of garden furniture where you can enjoy an alfresco meal together or you can spend your evenings relaxing in your own private hot tub while indulging in some star gazing.
