Sleeping 14 guests across five bedrooms, Perry Farm is a wonderful place to create magical memories that will last you a lifetime. You and your loved ones have plenty to do during your stay, and can enjoy a game of pool in the study, recline in one of the two period reception rooms and relax with pre-dinner drinks by the open fire.
This is a beautiful 16th century farmhouse that makes use of charming period features.
The farmhouse kitchen has been carefully crafted and extends beautifully into an open, vaulted conservatory overlooking the gardens. This is a fantastic place to prepare delicious meals for your group and features a dishwasher, butler sink, electric range, double oven and hob, coffee machine, American fridge/freezer and even a Bang & Olufsen docking station so you can play some tunes whilst you work.
There’s also a good sized dining table here for hearty meals and at night you can move the dining table to one side and unleash your best dance moves under the kitchen's disco lights.
If you want a more chilled evening, head to the sitting room. This is a cosy haven with a log burner, a smart TV and comfy seating for up to 10 guests, with a bit of room to spare. Plus, it offers easy access to the beautiful gardens. And if you’re feeling competitive, be sure to head to the billiard room and challenge a fellow guest to a game of pool.
Stepping outside, you can enjoy alfresco meals at the table and chairs, which offer seating for 14 guests. Additionally, you can take your pick from various garden seating arrangements, including outdoor beds and sun beds for relaxation.
When bedtime beckons, there are five bedrooms with king size beds, some of which also offer additional singles. And after a day out exploring rural Kent, you can enjoy a relaxing soak in one of the ensuite baths.
When heading out, you'll discover acres of meadows and orchards, perfect for taking in the fresh air on walks to nearby lakes. You'll also be tempted by the array of village pubs and eateries just waiting to be explored.
