Contemporary holiday home close to Anglesey's coast with stunning views and a hot tub, perfect for group trips with friends and family.
Tucked away in a secluded corner of the island of Anglesey, Llynfor offers a luxurious retreat for friends and family seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by one and a half acres of land and with stunning views across Maelog Lake and the peaks of Snowdonia in the distance, it’s the perfect spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. Spend your days exploring the big sandy beaches nearby, hiking through the idyllic countryside, or simply relaxing in the hot tub as you soak up the views.
Step inside and you’ll find a spacious interior that feels bright and airy, designed with groups in mind. The large kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining with a large island allowing everyone to get involved in the dinner preparation. Choose between dining indoors at the large table or stepping out onto the patio to enjoy the view as you dine alfresco on warm summer evenings.
After dinner, move through to the cosy sitting room with big comfy sofas to sink into and plenty of entertainment available, from a full Sky package to a karaoke machine and a whole range of board games. Put your feet up and take in the views across the fields and out to the Irish Sea beyond as the stylish electric fireplace creates a warm and inviting ambience. The kids might prefer to sneak off and find the entertainment table, featuring table football, pool, air hockey and table tennis, or an evening dip in the hot tub might be on the cards.
There are five bedrooms to choose from, all furnished in relaxing tones and equipped with comfy beds to promise a good night’s sleep. On the ground floor, you’ll find a double room with a stylish ensuite and a king size bed. There’s also a twin room and a second double with lovely countryside views and a shared shower room. Head upstairs to find the other two bedrooms, one with a super-king size bed and large glass doors that lead out onto a balcony, overlooking Maelog Lake. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning as the day comes to life around you. The final bedroom is another spacious double with a king size bed and an ensuite.
When the sun is shining, make the most of the outdoors, lounging on the patio or relaxing in the hot tub. There’s also a large meadow for the kids to play in while you rustle up a feast on the Kamodo Bono BBQ. If you fancy venturing a little further afield, there’s plenty to see and do in the area. The house is close to two sweeping sandy beaches. Go for a stroll along the coast or have a go at some watersports with surfing and kiteboarding lessons available locally. Hop in the car and set off for a day’s exploring, visiting the island’s quaint villages, historic castles and charming market towns. Or, you can head to Snowdonia National Park for some scenic hiking and mountain adventures.
