It's perfect for family reflection time or a friendly board game, with double French doors opening to stunning estuary views.
Down the corridor, the bright living and dining room awaits. With a grand piano, chandelier, large wooden dining table, bench seating and an elegant living area with a SMART TV, this space is ideal for celebrations and gatherings. Two sets of French doors lead to the terrace, offering breathtaking views. The adjacent kitchen, recently refurbished with modern appliances and a kitchen island, can be accessed through double doors, creating a seamless entertainment space.
Upstairs, the first floor hosts all sleeping accommodations. The master suite features estuary views, a super-king bed, TV, wardrobes and a modern ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bathtub and a walk-in shower. The next bedroom offers a king bed (convertible to twin), TV and magnificent views, while another super-king bedroom (also convertible to twin) includes a handy ensuite shower room. At the rear, find a family bedroom with a double bed and toddler bed, and another double bedroom with wardrobe, TV and dressing table. A large family bathroom with separate shower and bath is accessed via steps at the corridor's end.
The property features several small patios to the front, with astroturf and gravel on different levels. Enjoy morning coffee on the ample outdoor seating while watching the tides.
