Sitting on over 1000-acres of Hampshire countryside, you will find the unrivalled Fallow Treehouse. This artisan Treehouse is situated on Fullerton Farm, a picturesque stretch of land that boasts woodland, rivers, plenty of wildlife - including a herd of deer, and the beautiful Black Chalk vineyard. Guests can even take in views of the vineyard from the comfort of the outdoor bathtub. Besides its location, Fallow Treehouse also has all necessary mod cons, including a kitchenette, wood burner, BBQ, and even an indoor bathroom. Sleeping up to two guests, or three including a child under three years old, this delightful bolthole is sure to leave you wondering why you hadn't visited sooner.
Fallow has been made of the finest materials both inside and out. The exterior wonderfully blends in with its woodland surroundings and has been constructed with the local environment in mind - ensuring that local wildlife was not disrupted in the process. The interior has also been carefully considered, with a combination of homespun charm and modern conveniences.
The living area is open-planned and sits under vaulted ceilings. Comfortable seating is centred around the wood burner while a small dining table for two sits in front of the well-equipped kitchenette. The corner bedroom is bathed in natural light during the day and looks out through a picture window onto the Black Chalk vineyard. The tiled bathroom has a WC, twin sinks, and a walk-in shower.
Outside there are two decking areas to enjoy. One has an outdoor bath that offers the perfect spot for surveying the surrounding vistas in style, while the second has a covered outdoor seating area that offers a nice place to enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner with your loved one. There is also an outdoor gas BBQ, should you wish to dine al fresco when the weather's warm.
Fullerton Farm has 1000-acres of woodland, vineyard and re-wilded country for guests to explore. However, should you wish to venture further afield, you're ideally situated to explore the beautiful countryside of Hampshire and beyond. With its diverse geography and picturesque scenery, the county is incredibly popular with local and visiting walkers, cyclists and nature lovers alike. 45% of the county is made up of two national parks: the New Forest and the South Downs. Both of these are well worth a visit. If you want to reacquaint yourself with urban life, then the town of Andover is just a 10-minute drive from Fullerton Farm. You'll find Winchester to the south, which is a pretty cathedral city that served as England's first capital. Southampton and Portsmouth are also nearby, both of which are university towns known for their shopping and vibrant night life.
