This stunning penthouse on the water's edge is the ideal spot for anyone who loves sandy beaches, coastal walks and wonderful seafood. But, with three terraces overlooking the water guests can enjoy the best of the seaside without ever having to leave the comfort of this luxurious pad.

The living area is open plan and filled with natural light and fantastic views thanks to the abundance of windows throughout, including fabulous glass patio doors which pull open for access to a wonderful sun deck.

There is a modern, well-equipped kitchen tucked discreetly around the corner where guests can whip up sumptuous meals from lazy brunches to delicious dinners. A large dining table is spacious for eating indoors and outside, on the deck, there is a further table where guests can gather in the warm sunshine and make the most of the spectacular views of the water.

On warm evenings pull open the doors to let the warm sea breeze flow through the property and when the air turns cooler, close the doors, snuggle-up and watch the sunset from the cosy comfort of the perfectly-positioned sofa. A further corner sofa forms the centrepiece of the lounge area where guests can put their feet up with a bucket of popcorn for movie nights and TV catch-ups.

After long days exploring the beaches and waterways, choose from four calming and comfortable bedrooms. One, an ensuite double, is situated on the first floor, making it a great option for those who struggle with stairs.

Down the wooden spiral staircase are three further bedrooms all with beautiful ensuite bathrooms, fine cotton bedding and large comfortable mattresses. Two have private terraces where guests can start the day with a quiet coffee while watching the birdlife over the water.

The penthouse is situated in Portland, the perfect spot for coastal walks, stunning beaches and lovely cafes, shops and restaurants. Perhaps take the ferry to Weymouth for a day out with lunch at Rockfish, the popular seafood restaurant, or stay in Portland, visiting the castle and nearby beaches.
