This cleverly renovated 1972 Airstream Overlander is nestled in the Italian countryside, surrounded by olive groves, citrus plantations and stunning views of the Adriatic sea. It would be perfect for couples or a small family wanting to experience a more boutique approach to camping, in a beautiful environment.

Renovated to make the most of the available room, this very cool Airstream has a spacious seating and dining area that accommodates six at the fitted seating, should you wish to dine inside on a rare chilly evening in Puglia. The kitchen is bespoke and fully fitted with gas hob, oven and grill, plus a good sized fridge freezer where you can chill your wine whilst you whip up a delicious meal with locally sourced produce. But this is Italy, and the weather is invariably good, so you'll most likely make use of the outdoor BBQ more often than not.

There is one separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed decked out with good quality linens and big fluffy pillows. There's also a chest of drawers to keep your clothes in, a bedside table for your book and a glorious view through the window at your head.

After a peaceful night's rest you can freshen up in the ensuite which has a good shower and toilet facilities. Or, make a coffee, head outside and wake yourself up under the outdoor hot and cold shower with nothing but the sky above and the trees around you! Dry off in the morning sun, then settle in the shade on the deck with a view of the Adriatic and make your plans for the day.

You'll be a short drive from some stunning beaches. Lido Bambu is known for its powdery white sands and is a great one to take a picnic along to. But if you want to travel light then Capitolo Beach has some great beach side restaurants and a beach club that's busy and fun in the summer. If you'd like something a little quieter, Capitola is less crowded and great for kite surfing. All of the beaches are much quieter during the week.

The hosts would be happy to book you days out on boats for yachting excursions, and for a special treat you might like to visit Hotel Masseria Torre Coccaro, 25 minutes away, which boasts a fabulous underground spa built out of the natural caves! Enjoy some fabulous food in nearby Monopoli.

Whether you choose to keep it local, or head out to some of the neighbouring towns, at the end of the day you can head back to your camper, light the fire pit and the BBQ, take a dip in the pool and enjoy a cold drink on the deck.
