Borgo Cinera is a collection of three traditional stone properties nestled on a gentle slope overlooking the Itria Valley. Surrounded by an organically managed olive grove of over 400 plants and spread over four hectacres, it would be a wonderful getaway for a large family reunion, or several families holidaying together. Each of the houses can also be booked individually for smaller groups and couples.

The location itself is breathtaking with the three white stone buildings accentuated by an intense blue sky during the day and glorious fiery red sunsets. Spread out and spacious with each house facing its own pool, the place is an absolute dream and a perfect example of traditional Italian luxury.

The three buildings comprise of the villa, a trullo and a lamia.

The villa is the largest property and has four double bedrooms sleeping eight in total. The white stone, curved arches and simple elegant interior provide an airy and cool space to unwind during the hot midday sun. Four French doors slide open from the living room creating a porch with gorgeous views where you can idle with an afternoon aperitif near the pool. There's a stone fireplace and the furnishings are antique wood with the exception of a large modern sofa surrounded by vintage armchairs where you can gather together to watch a film on the 60 inch flat screen TV.

The open plan kitchen is on the left of this large space, and comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook a sumptuous meal. There's also an impressive outdoor kitchen perfect for preparing lunch or supper.

The bedrooms are all equally spacious with French doors, their own ensuite facilities and plenty of storage. After a good night's sleep and a refreshing shower you can take your breakfast out to the stone gazebo before relaxing by the pool.

The Ttullo is a traditional building with its iconic cones and sleeps four in two double bedrooms. As with the villa it is entirely white and has plenty of space. The living and kitchen area are also open plan with space to unwind and a fully equipped kitchen. There's a smaller dining table and a large glass door provides lovely views of the courtyard.

Both bedrooms have ensuite facilities and there is storage beneath the beds. The trullo has its own gazebo and a smaller infinity pool. Enjoy a morning coffee outside on the sofa or make use of the outdoor kitchen where you can whip up a breakfast to enjoy alfresco.

The lamia is the smallest of the buildings, this one ideal for a couple. A stone alcove with stunning vaulted ceilings and its own roof terrace make this a lovely romantic little hideaway. Inside you'll find an open plan living area with a double bed, a seating area with a stone fireplace and a small perfectly fitted kitchenette. The modern bathroom is spacious and set into ancient limestone and the small windows allow light to flood the space.

Fix a drink and make your way up the staircase to the gorgeous roof terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the olive groves in utter privacy and peace.
In-keeping with the other two properties you'll have your own outdoor area with cushioned stone benches, an outdoor kitchen, a gazebo with a small dining table, sun loungers and another delightful infinity pool!

Borgo Cinera is nestled between Ostuni and Cisternino and is a short 20-minute drive from the coast. Cisternino is the nearest town for shopping, just a 10-minute drive away. With Ostuni a 20-minute drive in the opposite direction. If you fancy dining out the hosts recommend taking a 15-minute drive to Ceglie where you'll find the best Apulian restaurants which specialise in grill food.
