This charming villa offers outdoor living at its best. Located within a picturesque nature reserve, the garden has been designed to make the most of the spectacular surroundings and ensure that alfresco entertaining is a breeze. The show stopper here is the inviting swimming pool, framed by a rustic stone wall and wooden deck. Whether you’re floating in the cooling water or reclining on a poolside lounger, the fantastic sea views will take your breath away. The pristine pool also lights up at night so you can enjoy a swim under the stars.
A covered terrace provides welcome shade from the sun and is the perfect spot to relax on one of the comfy outdoor sofas, while secluded seating areas are dotted around for anyone wishing to enjoy the fabulous views with just their thoughts for company. There’s a large dining table for sociable, outdoor eating and a BBQ for cooking up a flame grilled feast. You can relax in a hammock under the shade of a huge carob tree, sip your favourite cocktail as you watch the sun go down or curl up under an olive tree with a good book.
Inside the charming villa, you’ll find an open-plan lounge area with comfortable sofas, exposed wooden beams and a rustic stone wall. A stone archway leads through to the well-equipped kitchen/diner which houses everything you’ll need to whip up a Mediterranean feast. There’s even a refrigerated wine cellar to keep your drinks chilled to perfection.
The seven well-appointed bedrooms are light and airy. Six queen size double rooms are located in the main villa and there’s a queen size ensuite room in an annexe with external access. Expect to find enchanting sea and garden views, traditional handmade floor tiles and private terraces. There are also four bathrooms in the main villa.
Situated within the Natural Reserve of Zingaro, Villa Zingaro enjoys a peaceful location but is only a 10-minute walk from the nearest beach and 20 minutes from the nearest bars and restaurants. And for those wanting a slice of Italian history, the charming 16th century village of Scopello is just a short stroll away.
