Set on the Sicilian coast with beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea, Terre di Bea is a traditional cottage that has recently been renovated to create a luxurious ‘eco-sanctuary’. Hand-sculpted local stone, chestnut beams and ancient clay tiles have all been used to restore this rustic cottage, staying true to Sicilian building traditions. You’ll find the interior and the colourful outdoor spaces have been decorated with pieces by local artists and craftspeople, adding to the celebration of the local culture and style.
Given the stunning natural surroundings, there’s a focus on outdoor living and you can cook in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy your meals alfresco surrounded by vibrant erica shrubs and corbezzoli trees. Spend lazy afternoons relaxing in the hammock or on the day bed by the pool and sit out late into the evening, stargazing in the outdoor lounge area.
You’ll find the decor is inspired by the Sicilian landscape, using colours that complement the coastal location, light fabrics and natural wood accents. This theme continues whether you’re relaxing in the cool living room inside or soaking up the scenery in the outdoor lounge. You’ll also find many paintings and sculptures throughout the cottage and if one of these catches your eye, they’re available to purchase, supporting one of the local artists.
There are two bedrooms, each with its own entrance, luxurious beds and a bathroom with a rain shower. In the mornings, go for a refreshing dip in the pool before breakfast out on the terrace looking out over the sea. Choose to cook inside or in the sheltered outdoor kitchen with its beautiful sea view, BBQ and mini bar stocked with local fruit, Sicilian wines and soft drinks.
Terre de Bea is located in the heart of the Pine Ridge Forest Reserve of the Parco Delle Madonie on the north coast of Sicily. You can go hiking in the park, climbing high into the mountains to be rewarded with the fantastic views over Palermo, Cefalù and out to sea. If you prefer a slower pace, head down to the coast and take your pick from the many beautiful beaches or explore the medieval city of Cefalù with its pretty houses rising up from the shore, Byzantine mosaics and Norman cathedral. You’ll also be able to find plenty of fantastic restaurants here serving up the freshest seafood.

Captain Alex Boat Cruise: an exciting 3 hours cruise along the coast of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea Snacks and an aperitif time will be served on board , ask your attendent for scheduling your booking and availability . ( complimentary for 7 nights stay or more )
Check in is at 4pm and check out at 10am. Please let us know in advance in case of late check in 8.30pm to 12am. A fee of euro 50 Euro is applied to guests not respecting the agreed meeting time with the property (unless any delay is communicated at least 2 hour before the agreed meeting time).
Guests are required at check in to pay a 450 euro security demage deposit (refundable, provided no damage has been made to the property and its contents; to be reimbursed on the day of check out after inspection of the property).
There's a charge of euro 170 per stay cleaning fee (to be paid with the balance). For stays of minimum 2 weeks, Guests will enjoy after the 1st week a complimentary light cleaning service and linen change (bed , bath and pool linen )
LOCAL TAXES ARE INCLUDED ON OUR RATES
Local tax of 2 euro per person per day, for a maximum of 5 nights . Not applicable to kids under 12 years old. The tax amount could change according to the Municipality of Cefalu'

Terraced onto a hill are completely private spaces that allow you to be together with your companions or separated as you wish; sun and swim on one level, on another a charming cabin with a large outdoor kitchen on one side and shaded hammocks on the other, all with views of the sea. No neighbors. It’s heaven. Antonio is a gracious host who enthusiastically wants your stay to be the best experience. He tailored the space to accommodate our needs and guided us to places we never would have discovered without him. We were treated like family. We feel lucky to have met him and to have stayed in this space he created. Rent it!

We had the pleasure of staying at antonio's stunning house near Cefalù, Sicily, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly charming and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The house itself is absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed with impeccable taste and attention to detail in every corner. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible pool. We spent countless hours relaxing by the water, soaking up the Sicilian sun, and enjoying the breathtaking views that stretched out before us. The view from the property is nothing short of astounding; you can see the rolling hills and the sparkling sea, which creates a perfect backdrop for a serene getaway. Every element of this house has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat with a warm and hospitable host, I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a hidden gem in Sicily.

Wow! This is one of the best holidays we have ever been on. From start to finish Antonio and his team made sure everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived at this stunning property, nestled in the mountains of Cefalù we fell in love with Sicily, its beauty and the warmth of its people. Antonio met us when we arrived, wearing the most amazing trousers ever produced, and showed us round the cottage. The property itself is spectacular, perfectly blending Sicilian rustic charm with top-end facilities. The outdoor kitchen area is amazing and perfect for cooking whilst overlooking stunning views. The pool area is set apart from the main building and is just gorgeous - the pool itself is a perfect size and temperature and you can float whilst looking down to the sea below. At night everything is lit up beautifully. Antonio arranged for a driver to take us to the store and also into Cefalu for some amazing meals in this beautiful town. The boat trip he arranged was amazing and gave us the chance to see more of this gorgeous coastline. We cannot rate the cottage, Cefalu or Antonio highly enough!

This place is truly magical. Not only do you feel like you're in your own private piece of heaven, but the view is amazing and even during the worst of August heat, between the 1500 feel altitude, the pool and a nice sea-breeze, we were never hot. Antonio was very attentive, responsive and assisted us with everything we needed. The fridge was fully stocked when we arrived. We loved this place so much, we even cancelled some of our planned day trips, just to hang out at home. Two tips: (1) consider that Sicily, even though it's an island, is pretty large (3X the size of Puerto Rico), so maybe you should settle for not seeing "all the highlights" in one trip. (2) The local beach at St'Ambrogio is stony, but beautiful and much less crowded than the more famous beaches of Cefalu and Mondello.

Antonio’s place was the best airbnb experience me and my friends ever had! The house is in the middle of forest, private and peaceful with amazing view. Everything in the estate is well thought for your needs with an amazing taste. We enjoyed the open kitchen and the pool the most! Everything was just like the pictures and clean. Antonio was an amazing host. He was very informative regarding the directions, instructions of house amenities and very helpful & responsive with our questions. We had a great time at "Terre di Bea". It was more relaxed than expected. The cottage is on the top of a mountain and you have a fantastic view on the Sicilian sea. The interiors of the stone cottage is a fine mixture between old and new, you can discover many single details combining function with good style. Antonio had always an open ear for any problems. The recommended beach, 10 min. by car was wonderful too, with clear water for diving. We are a Family with two children and enjoyed every minute at this fantastic place. Highly recommended!

A perfect place to enjoy nature and have a panoramic seaview. A peaceful environment and still quite close to the hotspots like Cefalu and the many beaches. The house was clean and cosy but you actually live in the outside area with a beautiful outdoor kitchen in a shaded area. The swimmingpool is very stylish designed. Antonio is a very generous and helpful host! We would highly recommend this cottage!

What to say, Antonio was the warmest, most attentive and kind host we’ve ever had on Airbnb. The grounds and the house were STUNNING. The pool was amazing for our family with panoramic views of the ocean and gorgeously lit at night. Truly the photos don’t begin to do it justice. The outdoor kitchen was so fun to feel like you’re home and the welcome gifts provided were astoundingly generous and delicious. Antonio has thought through every detail throughout the space. He helped with every question and need that came up. You should come to the area just to stay at this house! If you didn’t want to, you wouldn’t have to leave. It’s a resort all in of itself. Antonios cottage is absolutely dreamy. It is located on a hillside about 10 minute drive away from the beach & city of Cefalu in the National Park area. It's like being on your own private resort . The cottage offer a very high standars of amenities including very comfortable sleeping arrangement for 5 guests and has two ensuite bathrooms which are very handy. Inside the cottage is decorated in a very cute and cozy style. The living space is furnished with unique sofas and loungers made from driftwood founded on the beach below . The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped and has great lighting so you can easily cook outside after dark. The propertry offers a great BBQ area to grill incredible meals. Top of all is the solarium with the natural pool providing the most breathtaking view of the sea . The outside space is absolutely amazing for hanging out, relaxing or just having a glass of wine. You are located in the heart of national park so you will have an authentic nature experience with a great view on the sea and nearby islands. Antonio is a great host. He was always on call, prompt in his communication and very attentive. The prestocked refrigerator full of Sicilian wines , beer, cured meats , cheeses and fruit platter and breakfast items for the morning is a wonderful surprise . Overall we had a great time and can imagine coming back again if we would visit Sicily in the future. We most definitely reccomend this property for family vacations , lots of privacy , and being surrounded by this beautiful nature .
