The detail

This amazing modern villa will take your breath away. The villa is nestled in its own private verdant garden with a wonderful swimming pool and outdoor dining area as well as a stylish and sumptuous interior. This fab holiday home sleeps up to 12 in six bedrooms and would be a joy for a large family get together or a group of friends seeking peace and relaxation.

The stunning hallway with a floating stairwell, high glass ceiling, marble floors and beautiful plants, gives you an immediate sense of the standard of living you can expect. A large airy and bright open plan kitchen, living and dining area provides a perfect place to gather together for a glass of cava and take in your surroundings. The kitchen is sleek, modern and comes fully equipped with everything you could need including a wine fridge.

As well as the dining table with soft seating there's a large central kitchen island where you can help prepare supper or look on with a drink whilst someone else does the cooking!

The living area is spacious and comfortable with simple elegant furniture, beautiful ornaments and plants dotted around and a flat screen TV. But when it comes to movie nights you'll probably want to head through to the cinema room which has a huge pull down screen and big comfy corner sofa where you can settle in and get cosy with some popcorn and refreshments.

Enjoy dinner out in the garden at the alfresco dining table overlooking the pool before heading up to choose one of the gorgeous bedrooms and claiming it as your own. All of the rooms have large luxurious beds decked out in crisp linens, warm duvets and cosy blankets. The base theme is white with lovely accents in the natural rugs and adornments. All of the rooms come with their own full ensuite including a big bathtub and a luxurious walk-in shower.

Once you're up and refreshed, head downstairs and enjoy a morning coffee in the garden. You might like to spend your day swimming and sunning yourself by the pool. Or take advantage of the exercise room if you're feeling up to it. There's even a ping pong table to keep you amused. A decadent double bed right by the water's edge which will undoubtedly beckon! Why not spend a little time in the sauna before a bob around in the jacuzzi? End the day with cocktail and dinner cooked on the gas BBQ as the sun sets over your little piece of heaven.

For shopping and sightseeing you're only 20 minutes north of Valencia where you can also find a wonderful traditional paella at any number of restaurants. For a day on the sand by the sea you're just 10 minutes from Puzol beach so pack up a picnic of tapas and make a day of it.
