This traditional villa, made of Mallorcan stone, boasts a stunning setting, surrounded by beautiful and well-maintained grounds and breathtaking views over the countryside and mountains. The interior is equally as impressive with attractive original features such as exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings. You are also within a 15 minute drive of Puerto Pollensa and the stunning beaches.

On the ground floor you'll find a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful fireplace and beamed ceiling, equipped with a satellite TV and DVD player. There's ample space for everyone to dine together and access to the terrace so you can step straight outside for a digestif after supper. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a microwave and a dishwasher, plus there's a utility room with a washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a guest toilet and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. Outside there is a swimming pool (6mx4m) and terrace with sun loungers set in the beautiful garden, with stunning views over the mountains. Eat outdoors with a covered terrace with al fresco dining for 4 people and a barbeque provided.

The villa is ideally located, being within walking distance of the charming old town of Pollensa with its quaint narrow streets, delightful market and excellent eateries.
