La Fortaleza is a luxurious holiday villa located in La Font, in northern Mallorca. This is one of the most desirable areas of the island and is just two kilometres from Pollença Old Town. Perfect for families, the stunning home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, has two spacious living areas and a huge swimming pool. The grounds are completely enclosed and surrounded by tall pine trees, making it extremely private. It really is your own little piece of paradise!

The contemporary property is finished to an exceptionally high standard. Its stylish, whitewashed interiors are bathed in natural light by large glass doors that provide access to the outside spaces. At the heart of the home is the first of two living areas, an open-plan space which houses the high-end kitchen, lounge and dining table. Ideal for preparing a meal whilst the rest of the group relax on the comfy sofas, planning their next adventure or watching a film on the smart TV.

The second living area is upstairs and features more seating, set around a cosy fireplace. This room leads to a large terrace that overlooks the garden, a lovely spot to read a book in the shade whilst the kids make a splash in the pool. The upper floor is also where you’ll find the four ensuite bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms (one double and one twin) share access to the main balcony, whilst the opulent master bedroom has its own small balcony.

The outside space is a real highlight of this stay. The large terrace is ideal for soaking up some Mallorquín sunshine on the loungers before cooling down in the pool, or enjoying an afternoon snooze in one of several shaded areas. There’s also a shower/WC room and a table tennis table to keep guests young and old occupied. Fancy some alfresco cooking? The outdoor kitchen has two BBQs and a chimenea, where you can grill up some meats or fresh local seafood.

La Fortaleza couldn’t be better located. Pollença Old Town is within walking distance, where you’ll find pretty narrow streets and an impressive main square lined with cafes, restaurants and bars. The sandy shores and crystal-clear waters of Port de Pollença are just a short drive away, with opportunities for boat tours and watersports. Slightly further afield is the vibrant city of Palma, home to fantastic restaurants, boutique shops, contemporary galleries and bustling food markets.
