• Although you can stroll everywhere you'll want a car for beach visits and exploring.
• There are neighbouring houses as you're in a cul de sac but they don't overlook the property.
• Stairs going up to the first floor are a bit steep in case but there are bedrooms on the ground floor for people with mobility issues.
• Towels and some toiletries are included.
• There are no dogs allowed.

This gorgeous villa, nestled in a small cul de sac, is only 1.5 kms from the town centre and is perfect for a larger family holiday, with four bathrooms and four bedrooms which comfortably sleep up to eight.

On arrival you'll be struck by the beautifully decorated interior. Designed in a Nordic style with neutral colours, pale natural woods and the odd touch of wicker, it demands immediate relaxation. The lounge area is luxuriously cosy with a wood burner for chilly evenings and gorgeous little touches like the pebble candle holders, minimalist art and lovely stoneware vases. No detail has been overlooked. Despite the high-end interior the villa is suitable for children of all ages and there's plenty of room for everyone.

The entrance takes you into a large fully equipped kitchen with a central island, perfect to prepare a feast or throw together some local tapas to enjoy in the open plan dining area. Crack open a cold cerveza and get chopping. If you're not the one with culinary gifts just take that beer straight out to the pool. But before you face plant into the water choose your bedroom. The ground floor has two lovely double bedrooms, both decorated in that lovely pale Nordic style. One has a full en-suite bathroom and the other a walk-in shower. Upstairs you'll find a twin room for friends or kids with an en-suite shower, a study area and small terrace where you can chill out with a good book. The first floor also has the master bedroom with a fabulous open plan bathroom and separate deep bath and shower. The high standard of decoration continues through all rooms.

Whilst all of this is lovely, a holiday to Spain isn't complete without an excellent outdoor area to soak up the sun and work on the tan. And this one doesn't disappoint. The large covered terrace has plenty of comfy and stylish furniture and a gorgeous shaded dining area. There's a big chill out space alongside a very large pool with Roman steps which can be heated if you're visiting during the cooler months. A built-in BBQ completes this lovely space and is the perfect way to spend a warm summer evening by the pool with a bucket of chilled drinks and some great local fare.

A beautiful property with lots of charm, it would be easy never to leave, but exploring the area is highly recommended. Whilst the entrance to the town of Puerto Pollensa is only a 15 minute stroll from the villa it would be beneficial to have a car for trips to local beaches and quick errands like food shops. The town has some lovely places to eat and the hidden gem 'Number 31 Bar & Restaurant' is highly recommended for its modern Spanish cooking and delicious cocktails. Be sure to book in advance! Whether you decide to go on a boat tour, indulge in some snorkelling or speedboat adventures or visit the Blue Cave, there's plenty to enjoy outside of your fabulous holiday villa.
