Villa Bourgarel is an effortlessly chic and stylish townhouse in the historic coastal town of Antibes in the south of France. Hidden down a quiet side-street in the old town, Villa Bourgarel offers all the peace and warmth of a traditional Provencal house, coupled with understated contemporary luxury.

Villa Bourgarel sleeps up to eight guests within four bedrooms, all en-suite. Each room is styled with individual touches, but all have calm and neutral decor and include large, comfortable beds and high quality bed linen and all are equipped with air-conditioning for a cool night's sleep. In each room you'll find little touches like books to read and beach bags, all ready for you to take to the nearby beach. Each bathroom is provided with L'Occitane soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion.

The villa's main living area is a spacious, light and airy open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is wonderfully well-equipped, everything has been thought of and chosen with taste and consideration. There's a generous sized dining table which seats up to eight, as well as extra seating at the breakfast bar.

Tucked away to one side of the dining area is a cosy living room, with a large and comfortable corner sofa, perfect for sprawling on, and a LED TV with cable channels in French and English, as well as Netflix and Apple TV, plus kids' TV channels.

Leading off the living area are two sets of full-height French windows which open out onto a sunny terrace overlooking the rooftops of the town. This sun-trap is the perfect spot for an outdoor breakfast, or a lovely space for a quiet evening drink. The terrace also comes equipped with its own barbecue grill, if you fancy some al fresco cooking.

At Villa Bourgarel you can relax and enjoy the slow pace of life in the south of France. Everything you need is within walking distance. You're close to the shops and markets of Antibes, and near to lots of restaurants and bars, which you can find on a wander through the winding streets of the beautiful old town. You've also got several museums within walking distance, including the famous Picasso Museum, and the lovely local beach is only five minutes away.
