This eclectic apartment with airy high ceilings and private balconies is set within a fully restored eighteenth-century Sevillian palace house, down a peaceful street in the historic old quarter of Seville.
The large open living and dining room is the heart of this spacious apartment. It has two balconies with ceiling-height French windows, overlooking the building's quiet inner courtyard, making this room a spectacularly light, bright space. You'll find a living area with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, just right for stretching out at the end of a busy day in Seville. The dining table seats up to six and is beside the balcony, perfect for throwing open the doors in the morning and listening to the sound of the fountain in the courtyard as you enjoy breakfast.
Off the central room is a modern and well-appointed kitchen, complete with everything you need to make dinner and with another balcony to let in light and air as you cook.
The master bedroom is calm, relaxing and elegantly decorated, with an en-suite bathroom complete with a red marble walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and is well furnished with plenty of storage space.
There is a useful second bathroom with shower - ideal for avoiding queues in the morning.

The location is perfect for exploring Seville. You're right in the middle of the city's splendid old town, with its stately palace houses and historic churches. The Museum of Fine Arts, one of the most important galleries in Spain, is only three minutes walk away and the wealth of churches, museums, gardens, parks, restaurants, tapas bars, and shops which the old town offers are all right on your doorstep.
