This boutique B&B is tucked away on a point of the Sunshine Coast within easy reach of Vancouver. Surrounded by the sea, you couldn’t be any closer to the ocean unless you were on a boat. In fact, this unique Canadian vacation spot is designed and built to give the vibe of a small luxury yacht. The nautical theme runs throughout the whole B&B, which boasts sleek white surfaces, smooth walnut wood features and lots of ship shaped storage spots.
There are three suites available – Beachcomber, Point and Islets, – all of which have amazing views and elegant, glamorous furnishings. Gas fireplaces, king sized beds, wireless internet and en suite bathrooms are all features enjoyed in the suites; in addition, all share an outdoor hot tub nestled among the boulders. Point Suite is the largest, most luxurious suite, with 360 degree views from the decking and a private circular wine cellar in the basement. There is also a Thermomasseur bath tub for two, massages available in the room or in a private suite and heated floors – making it the perfect suite for romance and relaxation. Islets Suite boasts floor to ceiling glass walls, an individual balcony and a rain head shower, whilst Beachcomber Suite has a sky-lit steam shower, a free standing soaking tub and a private decking area with views of the ocean and the forest.
On the main floor of Pointhouse B&B is a bistro breakfast restaurant and outside guests can enjoy access to the K’wex Pavilion, with a bar and outdoor fire pit. Guests also have access to various nooks and crannies along the water front, all of which are perfect for lounging and socializing, as well as access to the Zen Teahouse Studio, an amazing spa accessed by stepping stones across a beautiful Japanese pool. The area of Sargeant Bay has a great deal to offer – from swimming, relaxing on the beachy shores and wildlife watching, to canoeing, kayaking and fishing. After days spent exploring the impressive natural environment of the Sunshine Coast, the luxurious, yacht themed Pointhouse B&B is the perfect place to unwind and pamper yourselves.
For a truly unforgettable celebration, you can hire the entire venue, including a self-contained guesthouse, Aerie. This private waterfront estate is a unique backdrop for your wedding, family gathering or corporate event.

Suites can be rented as individual bed and breakfast suites with host or whole home can be rented on a self catering basis. B&B pricing ranges from $399-$499/nt depending on season and suite choice. Breakfast included. Taxes additional 15%.
Prices for whole home self-catering rentals range from $1359-$1899CDN/night based on 2-6 people. There is a one time cleaning fee of $600. Taxes are an additional 15%.
The Pointhouse estate comprises three architectural gems-Pointhouse,main flagship, Aerie guesthouse and new container studio, Studio ISO. Whole home and estate rentals are self-catering.
