Cloud 9 offers couples an idyllic Arctic escape in the stunning scenery of Northern Norway. This glass-fronted cabin offers you the chance to truly make the most of your incredible views as you gaze up at the stars from the comfort of your bed. You might even be able to spot the breathtaking Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights), a true natural wonder!
This cosy romantic cabin has its own private jacuzzi for indulgent soaks. Hop in as the stars come out above and unwind in style. To top it off, you even have access to a shared sauna, so you can rest weary muscles after a day exploring the nearby mountains and coastlines. When you book the sauna, you will have exclusive access, so won’t be sharing it with guests staying in other cabins.
Also out on your deck you have a nice alfresco seating area, so you can settle in with a delicious drink in hand when the weather’s warm and gaze out at the view.
Back inside, the cabin also has a quaint kitchenette as well as a cosy dining area for two. So you can enjoy tasty meals whilst taking in your surroundings. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a shower and some luxury toiletries included. You even have WiFi so you can keep up with your emails during your stay, however, you’ll most likely want to enjoy a digital detox and tuck into a good book whilst being at one with nature.
The surrounding area offers a variety of activities that showcase its stunning natural beauty. Hiking in the Keipen mountain range offers breathtaking views of fjords and valleys. For history enthusiasts, visit Trondenes Historical Center in nearby Harstad to explore Viking history. The area is also known for its agriculture, particularly strawberries, so a summer visit might include strawberry picking. Fishing in the fjords and lakes is popular, as is skiing in the winter months. Don't miss a trip to Kvæfjordbotn for beautiful coastal scenery and wildlife spotting, including sea eagles and seals. You're also 20 minutes from Nupen, where you can witness incredible sunsets over the ocean, making it a perfect, romantic spot for couples seeking tranquility.
