The Field House was designed and built with the beauty of the landscape at the forefront. The wild landscape is breathtaking with hill and Loch views in abundance. And inside the property you are treated to five star luxury with impeccable design and top of the range fittings. Whether it’s the thrill of outdoor pursuits or total serenity you are chasing, The Field House is the ideal Scottish Highlands retreat.
The open-plan interior has been beautifully designed with the amazing views in mind. Large windows drink in the views from over the coastal Loch, flooding the room with an ever-changing light. And the moody greys of the fittings and furnishings are stunning alongside the wooden floors and white walls that run throughout.
The kitchen is modern and spacious with a gorgeous central island and breakfast bar - the perfect perch for your morning coffee. And you’d never guess that this sleek interior was housing a dishwasher, grill, hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and cooking utensils. The helpful owners have even provided spices for the more adventurous cook.
The large dining table really has the best seat in the house - with large dual aspect windows it has Loch views aplenty. And the beautifully put together interiors carry on into the lounge where you will find cosy sofas, large flatscreen TV and a modern log burning fire - perfect for cosying up in front of.
The two double bedrooms are just as effortlessly welcoming - with soft grey linen, warm wooden floors and fabulous little design touches. And the two bathrooms are as smart as you would expect.
Location wise, places don’t get more special. Perched on the shore of the coastal Loch Alsh and surrounded by hills, it’s the perfect place to retreat in serenity. The house is set up in a way that would have you never wanting to leave, but if you’re feeling active then the surrounding area is second to none for outdoor pursuits.
Situated near to Skye, Torridon and the Five Sisters of Kintail, there’s plenty to explore. With hill walking, sea kayaking, mountain biking, paddle boarding and wild swimming all on your doorstep, it delivers big on adventure. And for those less inclined to head out, we recommend putting on the kettle, lighting the fire and indulging in some of Scotland’s finest views.
