This newly built, architect-designed home sits in a peaceful seaside setting offering groups of up to six a wonderful retreat in the Scottish Highlands. And, the home also has incredible access to the sea, with private beach access and around 100 metres of shoreline for you to enjoy. Borrow the owners' kayaks or bring your own paddleboards and be out on the water in no time, with no need for a car!
As you enter this amazing home, you’ll be blown away by the interiors. Drop your bags off in your room and gather in the beautiful open-plan living area. Here you can get comfy on one of the sofas that sit around the wood-burning fireplace, whilst gazing out the huge windows at the breathtaking surrounding scenery. There’s even a fab window seat where you can perch with a good book, looking out over the water.
Also in the open-plan living space is the modern kitchen, which is equipped with all the contemporary appliances needed to prepare delicious meals for your group. The kitchen features a big dining table that sets the scene for hearty breakfasts and grand social dinners. However, if the sun is shining you can dine out on the patio, which offers a great spot for alfresco lunches with a view. After lunch, relax on the lawn in peace as you soak up the tranquility of the surroundings and watch clouds pass overhead. Keep your eyes peeled for pine martens running along the wall or roe deer grazing peacefully in the garden.

If you decide to venture out, then you have the sea right on your doorstep with private access to 100 metres of beach. Grab a kayak and explore the coastline, witnessing seals in the bay beside the house. There’s a private beach within 30 minutes of very leisurely paddling too, should you wish to enjoy some peace and tranquility.
