This modern, architect-designed Smart House pays homage to the legend that is David Bowie, offering groups of up to six guests a relaxing and fun retreat close to Winchester. The Bowie House sits in a peaceful and historic village in Hampshire, and has been styled and themed throughout in honour of the Starman himself, with artwork, prints and magazine covers featuring Bowie on the walls, and a spectacular Wurlitzer Niagara Jukebox from 1979, loaded with 80 Bowie vinyl singles!

You and your loved ones can socialise together in the grand, open-plan living space, which is flooded with natural light thanks to the sliding glass doors that open up onto the patio garden. The lounge area features a super-comfy giant L-shaped sofa where you can settle in with a drink in hand as you listen to some classic Bowie hits on the jukebox or watching a movie on the wall-mounted TV.

The living space also features a grand dining table that makes social meals together a joy and the modern kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious feast during your stay. The kitchen has an array of modern appliances, and is equipped with a coffee machine, milk frother, boiling water tap and even complimentary Prosecco in the wine fridge.

When the weather’s warm, slide open the glass doors and sit out in your private patio garden, which has alfresco dining space for your entire group so you can enjoy a meal in the sunshine in summer.

When it comes to entertainment options, we’ve already mentioned the stunning jukebox, loaded with Bowie’s hits, but you can also enjoy his eclectic back catalogue on the original Philips EL 3302 cassette player or the PrinzSound SM8 Spaceball 8 Track Cartridge player.

This superbly modern home is also a Smart House. That means that a press of the 'Bowie Sound' button will fill the space with music, as if by magic. Each room will feature a different Bowie album playing through the ceiling speakers - even the bathrooms, where the lights automatically dim to a soothing glow at the touch of a button.

There's also a dedicated cinema-style room, complete with a 55" TV and a comfy sofa. Simply press 'Bowie Vision,' and the TV powers on, the blinds lower and the lights dim. Prepare to immerse yourself in one of Bowie's legendary movies, documentaries, live performances or TV appearances.

And when night falls, the home has three lovely bedrooms that all offer a peaceful night’s sleep. Each of the minimalist bedrooms has comfy furnishings and guests share a beautiful and modern bathroom with a deep free-standing bathtub for indulgent soaks.
