The AROS is a collection of three luxurious apartments offering a fabulous stay by the sea in the village of Mumbles. Tucked away on the edge of the Gower Peninsula, these three amazing retreats are ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a break by the sea. The three apartments offer delightful coastal views, modern amenities and an incredible location on the water’s edge. All of these apartments have been recently renovated and they make use of a combination of Japanese and Scandinavian design.
The first apartment is the Coastal Penthouse. This incredible, top-floor apartment sleeps five guests across two bedrooms. This fabulous space offers breathtaking views of the sea and a calming open plan living room with high ceilings and beautiful decor. Get comfy on the L-shaped sofa in the lounge whilst watching a movie on the smart TV, whilst staying connected to your loved one as they prepare dinner in the superb kitchen. Then, when food’s served, dine together on the modern dining table that sits next to a window offering mealtimes with a view.
The penthouse offers up two lovely bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed and the other a double with a single bunk above. There are also two spa-like bathrooms, one of which offers a walk-in shower and the other a bath and a shower. Guests in this apartment also have sole use of the terrace at the rear of the property where you can make the most of sea views over the roof top of the property. This is a delightful spot to spend the evening with a drink in hand after a day on the beach.
Up next is The Cove. This apartment is equally stylish, yet slightly smaller than the penthouse. Here a cosy lounge offers comfy seating and a wall-mounted TV next to a big bay window where you can enjoy uninterrupted views out to sea. Just off the lounge is the stylish and modern kitchen, where there’s a dining table with room for your entire group.
When bedtime beckons, The Cove has two bedrooms on offer, one of which has a king size bed and the other has two singles. There’s also a fab family bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and a luxurious free-standing bathtub where you can enjoy an indulgent soak in peace.
The final of the three apartments is Ocean Retreat. This is another grand and spacious apartment, with a delightful open-plan living space that is similar to the penthouse. Again, you’re afforded fantastic views across the bay and the nature of the space ensures you can all socialise together whether you’re relaxing in the lounge, sitting up the dining table or cooking away in the kitchen.
Ocean Retreat has two bedrooms on offer, one of which is a king bed and the other a double. Then there are two modern and stylish bathrooms, one of which features a grand walk-in shower and the other with a shower over the bath.
When it comes to filling your days, you’re nicely placed on the enchanting coastline of South Wales. Mumbles is a charming seaside town where you can wander the promenade and soak yourself in the vibrant local culture. You’re also close to the Gower Peninsula, which is Britain's first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Explore the rugged landscape where you’ll find golden sandy beaches, dramatic cliffs and serene countryside.
