For a magical, unforgettable adventure watching some of Earth's most awe-inspiring creatures close up, a stay in one of these luxurious safari lodges at West Midland Safari Park is a must.
Prepare to be enchanted, educated and enamoured with elephants, cheetahs, rhinos and giraffes as they pass by the kitchen window and go about their business all hours of the day and night.
Situated in the middle of this well-established safari park, in the heart of England, guests can enjoy this incredible experience without needing to step onto an aeroplane or into another timezone.
The stunning lodges are all beautifully designed and furnished to an exceptional standard and each specifically located depending on which of the animals guests want to see the most of. For lovers of red pandas, there is a play area for the creatures just outside Red Panda Lodge, whilst those wishing to spot elephants can book a lodge overlooking their watering hole.
Visitors will feel a world away when they set eyes on these exciting wooden lodges with grass roofs and outside balconies. The interiors have been inspired by African safari lodges, reflected in the exposed wooden walls and ceilings, soft furnishings and rattan furniture.
The living, kitchen and dining areas are all open plan with floor to ceiling windows ensuring visitors enjoy the maximum exposure to their four legged neighbours.
A stylish and modern kitchen makes lunch times a breeze, breakfast and dinner are catered, and groups can settle round the chunky wooden dining table and tuck into delicious food with plenty of live entertainment.
Step out onto the balcony, a spectacular viewing platform, with plenty of outdoor furniture where guests can relax with dinner and drinks or merely lie back and take in the animal antics.
After dinner, settle into the large, comfy, corner sofa and make plans for the rest of the trip. When it's time for bed climb the beautiful spiral staircase and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep in the luxurious bedrooms with crisp, white linens and lovely ensuite bathrooms. Some of the lodges boast master suites with freestanding bath tubs at the foot of grand king sized beds.
When it's time to explore, take a wander around the park and visit the other animals who live there. Thrill seekers will want to get their adrenalin hit at the theme park which is also on the site.
