Tucked away in a quiet corner of a farm and riding school in rural Herefordshire, this cosy, custom-built log cabin is a romantic escape for couples. Book yourselves in for a riding lesson and explore the countryside on horseback or lace up your walking boots and go for long walks right from the front door. Soak up the uninterrupted views from the comfort of the wood fired hot tub, the private terrace or snuggled up in front of the firepit. This is the perfect spot to slow down the pace and enjoy the outdoors.
Inside, the cabin feels cosy and welcoming. The warm tones of the wood and soft lighting create a relaxing atmosphere, inviting you to put your feet up on the big comfy sofa. The open plan living space has big windows and patio doors that let in plenty of natural light and allow you to enjoy the view. There’s a well equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to cater for yourselves and prepare food for the BBQ. After dinner, snuggle up on the sofa and play a board game or watch a film on the smart TV. On sunny days, open the doors out onto the terrace and extend your living and dining space outside.
Move through to the bedroom which has a comfy king size bed and an ensuite wetroom with a rainfall shower. There are some lovely handmade details, from the doors and door handles to the beautiful bedside tables adding to the cabin’s rustic charm.
The cabin has its own outdoor space with a covered terrace facing the stunning views, the perfect spot for breakfast in the warmer months. After a busy day exploring the countryside or perhaps brushing up on your horse riding skills, relax with a dip in the wood fired hot tub. The fire pit doubles as a BBQ so you can enjoy a glass of something while dinner sizzles away. As the evening draws in, the fire pit will keep you toasty and you can toast marshmallows while you do a bit of stargazing.
There’s plenty to explore in the local area, with charming market towns and villages nearby and several cathedral cities less than 20 miles away. The bustling town of Bromyard is the closest and you’ll find lovely pubs and shops to visit. Hereford and Worcester both make lovely day trips with plenty of history to discover along with some great dining options and independent shops to browse. You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to walking and horse riding trails with routes right from the farm and the Malvern Hills nearby.
