Knotting Hill Barn House is nestled in a glade near Ashby Folville in rural Leicestershire, and is surrounded by silver, birch, cherry, oak, and chestnut trees to create a truly natural haven.
The cabin sleeps eight guests and stepping through the six-metre bi-fold doors reveals just how spectacular the interior of the home truly is. Light floods into the huge living area with vaulted ceilings and high end sofas, armchairs, and other furnishings creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. Ancient stone pillars frame the log burner and there is panelling from reclaimed wood throughout, as well as underfloor heating for added comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and larder fridge with ice maker. Knotting Hill Barn House is self catering, but those staying can take up the option of making it that bit more special by booking a private chef.
There are four rustic bedrooms, which comprise of three doubles and one twin and all have big, comfy beds and fine linen. The master suite is complete with an en-suite wet room for an extra touch of luxury. The deluxe bathrooms combine copper taps with marble, while the heated floors and mirrors keep everything toasty even when the weather outside isn’t. The double ended bath also has a TV mirror so those having a soak can lie back and chill.
Heading outside is just as impressive, with festoon lighting through the treetops and a barbecue fire pit and pizza oven for alfresco dining. For that added touch there is a wood fired hot tub that guests can unwind and relax in whatever the time of day or night. Elsewhere on site is the camping glade, which can accommodate up to three tents and also has water and electricity.
When the weather is fine, there is also a wild swimming lake with a pontoon and canoes. Paddle or swim out to Pirates Island in the middle of the lake and build a den - a must for kids or even big kids!

This place is incredible! A luxury cabin secluded in a peaceful woodland. The amenities are beyond belief. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to get away from it all. Decorated beautifully, like a mini Soho farmhouse. A girls weekend we will never forget that completely regenerated all of us. Still dreaming of sitting under the stars in the wooden hot tub in the evening, surrounded by fairy lights illuminating the woods and music playing from the awesome outside speakers. Pure bliss.

Knotting Hill Barn House is the cabin in the wood's you've always dreamt about. We stayed here for a few night's and definitely made the most of it's luxury. The minute you drive up to the property you're greeted with a huge open space. The barn is equipped with anything you could need from modern kitchen appliances to even your own hot water bottle! Every thought had gone into the property to ensure we were comfy and relaxed. Outside there was a BBQ fire pit, pizza oven and wooden hot tub. Locally we enjoyed visiting the March House Farm Shop and Cafe with a huge variety of local produce. Couldn't recommend highly enough, you won't be disappointed!
