The Kin rooms are found right in the centre of the pretty market town of Ludlow on the upper floors of a historic building which houses Kin Kitchen, a beautiful family run café, on its ground floor. These are so much more than rooms however, but four individually styled apartments with every home comfort to ensure you enjoy a relaxing stay. The kitchens and kitchenettes are equipped with everything you need to prepare meals if you decide on a night in. You will find tea, coffee, milk, kettle, toaster, hob and fridge for your convenience and a Smart TV, WiFi and DAB radio to keep you entertained. The modern ensuite shower rooms in each apartment come complete with Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries for that touch of luxury. A quiet, attractively furnished, mature garden is also available if you want to chill out over a coffee.

Flat 1 sleeps two people and is a bright, airy space thanks to its large sash windows which flood the apartment with natural light. The large, studio style bedroom which boasts a king size bed and sumptuous bedding is stylishly decorated with rich colours and modern décor. A well-equipped kitchenette, dining table and chairs are adjacent and provide a cosy space for dinner for two.

Flat 2 also sleeps two guests and welcomes you in with calming, earthy tones which complement the oak framed walls. The king size bedroom is light and airy, providing a naturally soothing atmosphere. A generous, oak- beamed kitchenette area features a dining table and corner bench where you can plan your days over a meal or drink and take advantage of the complimentary refreshments.

Flat 3, which sleeps up to four guests in two stylish bedrooms, overlooks the gardens from its lofty, vaulted, open plan living room containing comfortable sofas in which to relax with a good book. A dining area and full, generously equipped kitchen gives you plenty of space to unwind and soak up the character of this historic part of the building. A king size bed is set on the mezzanine level overlooking the lounge and is accessed by a set of wooden stairs. The other bedroom contains comfy twin beds which convert to a super-king size bed. This flat offers you a perfect home from home for family breaks with the added advantage of a separate shower and WC in addition to the ensuite bathroom, to ensure there's no queuing in the morning!

Flat 4 on the top floor features panoramic views across the rooftops and its large living room combines a comfortable seating area with a leather sofa, full kitchen and dedicated dining area in which to chill out after a day of exploring. The sumptuous king size bedroom boasts rich, velvety fabrics and a stylish botanical theme which features throughout the apartment to give you a flavour of the exotic.

You will find plenty to do on your doorstep in the medieval market town of Ludlow with its variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and Wales is only a short hop away. The towns of Hereford, Shrewsbury and Worcester are also within a short drive.
