This beautiful traditional stone cottage surrounded by the stunning Yorkshire Dales is the ideal countryside bolthole for family and friends wishing to unwind, relax and spend time together.
Built from local stone, this bay windowed cottage exudes country character but has a stylish interior with all the luxuries required to enjoy a relaxing stay.
Step into the bright cloakroom area where you'll find benches and hooks for boots and jackets to be hung after days out hiking the Dales. Underfloor heating keeps toes cosy as you make your way across the wooden floorboards to the modern open plan living/dining and kitchen area.
The wonderful kitchen is a fabulous space to socialise while people pitch in to chop, slice and pour. A large island stands in the centre which is perfect for casual breakfasts while gazing over the lush green fields outside. An American style fridge and range cooker make light-work of catering for the group.
A couple of steps up from the kitchen, a large formal dining table sits waiting to be laden with dishes of food and bottles of good wine for lengthy dinners which last into the night. After dinner, head to the comfy living area which can found adjacent. With its large corner sofa, television and wood burner, its the place for movie and game nights or times when the conversation and laughter continues to flow until late.
For those looking for some quiet time, there is a lovely snug to hideaway in, the perfect spot to curl up with a book or head off for a little afternoon power nap.
When bedtime calls, there are three exquisite bedrooms with king-sized beds. The master has a private dressing area and a luxurious en suite with a large walk-in shower. The other two spacious bedrooms are similarly elegant with crisp, good quality linens and snuggly duvets for deep, restorative sleep. These bedrooms share a beautiful family-sized bathroom where guests can soak aching muscles in the freestanding tub.
On sunny days, there is a fabulous, lawned and enclosed garden with an impressive outdoor kitchen. Whether it's cooking pizza in the outdoor oven, flipping burgers on the hot plate or sizzling sausages on the barbecue, this wonderful space is great for summer entertaining.
As evening falls, hop into the jacuzzi hot tub and star spot from the luxury of the bubbling water.
