Couples looking for a romantic retreat in the Welsh countryside will love The Cabin at Erwain Escapes. This rustic, charming dwelling has been lovingly crafted and offers everything you need for a comfy, relaxing break amidst gorgeous scenery. Light the wood-burning fire and stay cosy with a good book or get comfy on the outdoor furniture in the summer sunshine whilst gazing out across the beautiful wildflower meadow. And, when you are in need of an added slice of luxury, climb into the outdoor bath that is sunken into the deck and enjoy a glass of something delicious.
Inside, this charming, one-of-a-kind cabin is fully self-contained with a fantastic open-plan layout that features a comfy, cute sofa, a wood-burning stove and a big double bed that guarantees a restful night's sleep. You also have your own ensuite bathroom with a shower and lots of hot water. The wooden walls, ambient lighting and sage green and mustard colour palette give the cabin a calming feel and the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious feasts throughout your stay. When the weather's warm, why not step outside and enjoy some alfresco cooking on the BBQ? Grill away with a nice cold drink as you take in your surroundings.

If you want to head out further see what the wider area has to offer then you're in for a treat. Erwain Escapes is situated just west of the Brecon Beacons and south of the Cambrian mountains, which means you have an abundance of spectacular walking routes spreading out around you. Think craggy mountaintops, twinkling lakes, beautiful waterfalls and deep, mysterious valleys. The active among you will be able to try your hand at a number of wonderful activities nearby and history buffs can enjoy one of the many castles and other historic sites in the area.
