Right on the coast of Newquay, one of Cornwall’s finest surfing hotspots and home of the Boardmasters annual festival, Edge 14 is a spacious holiday home for up to 22 guests, packed with high-end amenities to ensure that whether you’re staying for a family reunion, hen party or corporate getaway, you’re bound to have a great time.

Internally, Edge 14 is a delight to behold. Cleverly designed and decorated by an award wining interior decorator, this is a property with serious style. The main living space is perfectly crafted with large groups in mind, and will probably be the main area where you plan your day’s activities, lounge around recovering from the night before, and while away the evening chatting.

No expense has been spared in kitting out the house with a serious entertainment system. As well as a 42 inch 3D television with surround sound, full Sky subscription, LoveFilm and Netflix, there is an iPod docking station and a PS4, as well as wireless broadband throughout. In the kitchen, Corian worktops are an aesthetic treat, while even the most serious amateur chefs will find everything that they need to cook up a group meal for over twenty hungry friends or family between the two full ovens. Alternatively, take the cooking outside and fire up the full barbecue you’ll find on the terrace, along with a six person hot tub and a speaker set.

As far as sleeping is concerned, there are no compromises among the eight bedrooms, two of which are full master bedrooms with ultra-luxurious en suite bathrooms. Like the rest of the property, which boasts oak floors and slate walls throughout, the bedrooms in Edge 14 have all been painstakingly designed and built to a very high standard. Outside, the garden is walled to ensure full privacy and security for guests.
