Combining luxury with country living, there are 12 bedrooms and an array of ensuites and bathrooms to provide a variety of different options for your stay.
Ten bedrooms are spread across three floors in the main house, while a further two family suites can be found at Dale Barn; tucked away in the corner of the rear garden with their own private entrances.
A large, stylish kitchen has everything needed for catering for whoever is staying, with a double fridge/freezer, double range cooker with separate integral oven, two dishwashers and all the cookware, crockery, glassware and utensils needed to prepare a feast.
The dining room is the hub of the ground floor and there is enough space for up to 30 guests to dine together, or once again there is the flexibility to vary the setup to fit any need.
There are not one, but two beautiful living rooms to enjoy. Located off the main hall, the first has a huge bay window to allow light to flood in during the day, and a log fire to provide a cosy spot in the evenings.
The second living room is found through the dining room, where another log burner welcomes you inside to enjoy this perfect social area.
Then head into the great outdoors, with the large grounds sweeping around three sides of the house so the sunshine can be enjoyed from dawn until dusk. A large barbecue on a further raised lawn and patio means dining can also be taken outside.
Dale House is just a short walk from the picturesque village of Litton, with its traditional green, pub, village store and post office. The popular village of Tideswell and the market town of Bakewell are also nearby.
Of course the real gem is the surrounding Peak District, with stunning views of five dales and an array of walks and cycles right on the doorstep.
